We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful.
However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests.
Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free.

📍Location: Metro Line 2 (light green line), direct from the airport. Alight at Tangzhen Station, Exit 2 or 3. The exits lead to a large shopping mall called Sunshine Paradise a large shopping mall with a supermarket, Hey Tea, Family Mart, Hot Max, numerous restaurants, and McDonald's.
Across from the hotel, there are more restaurants, but a bakery, a supermarket, and a Decathlon store.
🛋️The room was spacious and well-laid out, located at a corner, with ample space for 4 large suitcases, a small coffee table, and a work area.
::)There are laundry and drying facilities on the 4th floor (discovered this late in the trip).
::)Breakfast was included for 4 people. The variety of food was impressive (Xiao Long Bao, Chinese noodles with a made-to-order soup station, Western/Eastern breakfast options) and the menu changed daily.
🚐 For the return trip to the airport, a car was booked through Trip.com, which was about the same price as Didi and took approximately 30 minutes.

I had a wonderful stay! The cleanliness was impeccable, and I truly appreciated how well-maintained everything was. The design of the place was unique and special, giving a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The service was exceptional—whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, they responded quickly and were always eager to help. The hotel’s proximity to the Disney Resort is a huge plus, and the shuttle service made getting there incredibly convenient. I am very satisfied with a well-built B&B. When traveling with children, the first thing to consider is hygiene. Everything from the public area to our room was very clean. The living facilities are relatively smart. The B&B provides Disney pick-up and breakfast services. On our first day, due to We left at 6 a.m., and the B&B’s shuttle service was at 7 a.m., so we took a taxi. However, the considerate B&B lady reimbursed the fare for us, and the breakfast was also very rich. I think it’s not inferior to a four-star or above hotel in Shanghai. , it is freshly made by the lady at the B&B, one portion per person, and she is very careful to make separate staple food for the children, which is so considerate. There is also an entertainment room in the public area of the B&B, where the children have a lot of fun playing PS4 Cool, I see there are automatic mahjong machines, very rich entertainment facilities! It was a very pleasant stay in Manli hotel. The location is pretty good with tons of local restaurants nearby. You can simply walk around and have a good meal within 2 minutes. I have to put a very high score for the service. A fruit plate as the welcome gift and very kind consideration of all you can think of, such as the compliment water and soda (cooled in fridge and the room temperature ones), slippers and robes, free airport shuttle scheduled around your needs, kids area, etc. The front desk responds to WeChat message super fast. highly recommended!

It was the best 4 nights of stay at this hotel. Breakfast was awesome as many varieties and items were always on the shelves despite us being late for it. Another thumb's up for the transportation services which was part of the room package which made our deployment around much easier. My kids enjoyed the stay and it was so much fun throughout. Lastly, the location is so strategic as about 25mins to airport, 10mins to Wild Life Animal Park, 20mins to Disneyland and walking distance to restaurant and supermarket.

Each room has a large bathtub. The children like it very much. The only suggestion is that the boss open the windows after cleaning. Facilities: The homestay has a ktv room and a chess and card room. It was very cool to sing with friends in the afternoon! Today, I arrived at a new barbecue grill to barbecue. The boss sister said that she would buy a sky curtain later. Swimming outdoor barbecue in the homestay in summer is definitely super pleasant!
Environment: The loft room is also very good, there is a large mirror in front of the sink, the items provided are also very complete, comb toothbrush razor sewing kit. AAugusto De MirandaWe stayed at the Shanghai Xiangyun Parent Child Hotel during our first trip to China, in Shanghai — 2 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 10, and 11). The experience was truly wonderful. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and always willing to help, even with the language barrier.
Special mention to the reception team, who were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. The room was kept spotless throughout our stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — something we really appreciated during the extreme heat of those days.
In short, a highly recommended hotel for families, with a service that makes you feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Apparently only a 1 way either to Disneyland or from disneyland is available per night of stay.
We stayed for 3 nights so we get 3 trips. But we went to Disneyland for 2 days. So we needed 4 trips. The owner was kind enough to give us a free trip back. If not it will be charged at 25 CNY per trip.
Amenities
We booked the romantic long room. There are 3 types of this room with different names. The room floor area is large but almost 50% is outdoor space.
We could not switch off the lights for the first night as we could not find the switches. It was actually hidden behind one of the bed frames.
The visible switches were not in use.
The smart function of the lighting's covered 50% of the lights and 50% of lights were manual
There is NO HEATING even in winter. It is NORMAL for shanghai.
But the toilets were too much. There was no heated lights no heater in the toilet area. No space to hang clothes. The toilet is not opaque/ no curtains. Strictly meant for couples. No privacy.
The toilet bowl was heated and that was nice. It has a bidet function.
No hand soap at the basin but we brought our own soap so we simply switch out the soap to use as hand soap.
We could not figure out the setting but there might be heating? For the overall room. There was a thermostat that was set at 30 degree Celsius but overall still cold
Some inbuilt furniture looks old and worn out but you won't use it so it is fine.

Hanging area was limited but it has a canopy of sorts so we hanged it around there. So no issues with this

2 pillows per person was provided.

Under the bed was clean.

Limited as 50% was outdoor

I put 50% of my luggage on walking area and 50% under the bed
My fiancé placed his on the side of the bed

2 chairs and 1 table outside the room on the verandah
Too cold to use but the owner did decorate the verandah with nice walkways and sweet walls
There is a nice and long countertop below the TV which was great for putting stuff
The room was airy
Breakfast was hot and filling. No variety. Same for all 3 days that we were there. 7 to 9am only.

Aamytang111111For some reason, I came to Amu Xiansen B&B by chance. My first impression was that it was clean. The housekeeper Xiao Chen who received me was very friendly and cute. The room I arranged was not bad to live in. The white porridge cooked by my aunt for breakfast was so delicious. The egg siomai, corn, sweet potato, and apple are also crispy and sweet, beyond expectations! Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Chen and the breakfast aunt. They take good care of the guests. AAnonymous UserThere was a young lady at the front desk on the first floor. Her attitude was very good, but maybe it was a pity that the air conditioner was not turned on in the public area. It was extremely hot as soon as I entered the door, and the air conditioner in the room was not turned on for an hour in advance before it was turned down. The curtains of the Starry Sky Room we booked were drawn so that we could not see the sky at all, and there was no view at all outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Most of the tenants are Disney tourists who leave early and come home late. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and noisy.
