The hotel is pretty close to Disneyland, which is great for easy access. It can get a bit cold at times, and the room isn’t soundproof, so you can hear the fireworks and even catch a glimpse of them from the window. Overall, a good stay with a great location!they also offer free transportation to Disneyland if you wake up really early.

It is a lovely hotel, conveniently located close to the airport and Disneyland and offers shuttles 24/7 to airport and roundtrip to Disney. All the staff is very helpful and friendly, specially Xiao Hu who was always helping and caring. The breakfast is very nice aswell.

We picked this hotel as it's of close proximity to Disneyland and at a fairly accomodative pricing. Otherwise, the location is rather secluded. The shuttle bus to and fro disneyland is very helpful. However, the frontdesk staff's service level can be improved.
The use of AI robot for food deliveries makes it really convenient.

Though simple, the owner's thoughtful touches are evident. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't filled due to several days of heavy rain. The whole family, from grandparents to grandchildren, was incredibly welcoming. I arrived very late at Pudong Airport, but the grandson (who is also the owner) still came to pick me up – I was deeply touched! Breakfast, prepared by the grandmother, gave it a wonderful homely feel. It's truly ideal for small families visiting Disneyland with children or for young couples looking for a cozy stay.

Service: The front desk staff, possibly named Lancy, was very helpful. She assisted with an early check-in, allowing us to access the room right away when we arrived around 10 a.m. and also can late check-out around 2 pn. Although the room normally doesn’t have a refrigerator, we requested one and it was delivered to our room promptly.
Room: The room was clean and more spacious than expected, with two seating areas and the double-layer blackout curtains. There was also an iron and ironing board, and the soundproofing was good. However, the room lighting was warm-toned (orange), and the bathroom did not have a bidet spray.
Location: The hotel is not far from the airport. There aren’t many restaurants around the hotel just a few restaurants nearby but still have a coffee shop, a bakery, a local convenience store. The metro station is about a 7–10 minute walk away, and around the metro there are more dining options since it’s located in a shopping mall that also has a supermarket and a small playground for children. Didi cars can be called right in front of the hotel.
Breakfast: The room rate included breakfast, which was decent. There were noodles, salad, porridge, and a small selection of bread, as well as a free coffee with coffee machine. Bottle of water is available at the front desk. However, the quality of the hotel’s food (i ordered for dinner) was not very good. It’s tasted like a frozen food.

Thank you very much to the owner of the B&B. First, the space is large and the environment is very quiet. The owner will respond to any request. As long as you ask, the owner will arrange it for you. Second, breakfast for 2 days was provided. 5 people. Very satisfied. I went to Disney, and the pick-up and drop-off arranged for the next day was also implemented. Before leaving, my watch was left in the room, and the owner found it for me in time and mailed it to my home by SF Express. I will still book this store next time I go to Shanghai. I forgot to take a photo of the room. It is similar to the one posted on the official website. This price and this service are worth it.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and went out of their way to help us with all our requests.
Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after long days of exploring.
The biggest highlight for our group was the complimentary shuttle service. The free rides to Disney and the Wild Animal Park were a massive convenience and saved us a lot of time and hassle arranging transportation. To top it all off, they also offer a shuttle to Pudong Airport, which made our departure completely stress-free.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially friends and families visiting the theme parks. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

The entrance is a little far back, so at first I wondered if I was in the right place, but as I got closer I saw the hotel lit up 🏨✨
They gave me a ride to Disney 🐭🏰🤍
All the staff were very kind 🥰✨
Basically we communicated via WeChat, so it was smooth and there were no language issues!
They also provided free breakfast, and we had porridge and bread 🥐☀️

It's just a 10-minute shuttle ride to Disneyland, and the parking is conveniently located close to the entrance, so you don't have to walk far. This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for a trip to Shanghai Disneyland. What's more, they provide shuttle services to Disneyland, Hongqiao and Pudong Airports, and even The Bund. While it's a fairly standard business hotel, it surprisingly features a large children's play area. The decor is clean and minimalist. They even have delivery lockers, making ordering takeout incredibly convenient. My only minor complaint is the lack of a towel rack in the bathroom; however, on the bright side, the room is well-equipped with plenty of hangers. The metro line nearby can be a bit noisy when trains pass intermittently, but thankfully it wasn't unbearable, and the noise stops after around 11 PM. P.S. If I'm not staying at a Disneyland hotel next time, I would definitely choose this place again to save money for FastPasses.

Each room has a large bathtub. The children like it very much. The only suggestion is that the boss open the windows after cleaning. As soon as you push the door in, there is a big decoration smell, just open the window for a while. In addition, the boss personally picks up Disney to play, just send a message on WeChat in advance, and the attitude is also very good.

Yyinsh888This hotel truly deserves a five-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. Our room was impeccably clean, and the entire staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
The location near Disneyland is a huge selling point, especially with the added convenience of the free shuttle service running both to the park and to the airport—it saved us so much hassle and money. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet and peaceful, providing a true retreat after long days out.
The best and most unique part of the stay was the unexpected presence of the friendly resident pets; I absolutely enjoyed playing with them! It added such a warm, homey touch to the environment. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely plan to stay here again the next time I visit the area.

🏢 The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, just a short walk from Tangzhen Metro Station. It's a quick 20-minute taxi ride to Disneyland and a 30-minute metro journey to the city center, including iconic spots like The Bund and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, making it perfect for exploring. Plus, there are numerous dining options nearby, and ordering takeout is incredibly easy.
The room was spotless, well-appointed, and featured wonderfully comfortable bedding. The excellent sound insulation ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Being on a high floor, the views were fantastic, and the bathtub was a welcome addition for a truly relaxing soak. Every detail showed the hotel's thoughtfulness and care.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Managers Jiang and Hu. During check-in, they kindly upgraded our room, provided complimentary breakfast, and offered excellent sightseeing recommendations. The entire check-in process was swift and efficient. Ms. Chen, who handled general inquiries via the main line, was also very polite and helpful. We'll definitely be returning!
The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a heated swimming pool on B2. On B1, guests can find a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa. The hotel's own restaurant on the ground floor offers a rich selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine, including a delicious buffet – highly recommended! For more diverse dining, the second floor features independent Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Truly, it has everything you could wish for.
The hotel breakfast was also quite extensive, offering a fantastic mix of Chinese and Western dishes. These thoughtful touches really elevated our experience!
Overall, our stay significantly exceeded expectations. It offers exceptional value for money and is perfectly suited for both business travelers and leisure guests. We will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on our next visit!

It's very close to the Disney Resort. The boss will pick you up and drop you off. Just make an appointment in advance. Our room is not big and the bathroom is very clean.
The B&B is in a village with a beautiful environment.
There are cats in the B&B, a particularly cute brown and blue cat, which the children love very much.

After watching the fireworks at Disney, there was a shuttle service back to the guesthouse. First, you take a bus for about two stops to the shopping village, and then a car picks you up from there to take you to the guesthouse. The next day, getting a taxi to the subway station for the return journey was also convenient.

AAnonymous UserThere was a young lady at the front desk on the first floor. Her attitude was very good, but maybe it was a pity that the air conditioner was not turned on in the public area. It was extremely hot as soon as I entered the door, and the air conditioner in the room was not turned on for an hour in advance before it was turned down. The curtains of the Starry Sky Room we booked were drawn so that we could not see the sky at all, and there was no view at all outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Most of the tenants are Disney tourists who leave early and come home late. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and noisy.
