This hotel is truly a dream room for toddlers! My two-and-a-half-year-old told me he was so happy on check-in day. He slept on the bottom bunk of the fire truck bed. He was so excited that he didn't even cry when he bumped his head on the wooden board above. I later brought him a dry hair cap to cushion it. I suggest the hotel add soft padding to the top bunk of the bunk beds. The next day, the hotel breakfast was also much better than the Disney hotel. Most importantly, three adults and one child checked in together, and we weren't asked to pay extra for breakfast or anything. My son was tired from playing in the park and told me he wanted to go back to the hotel to rest. I told him, 'Sorry, sweetie, we've already checked out.' The hotel's soundproofing is average, but the air purifier worked wonders. Even with my chronic rhinitis, I didn't smell anything unpleasant. My son slept very well at night!

I brought my two kids for a one-night stay during the holidays. Upon arriving at the lobby entrance, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic about helping us with our luggage. Then a little mishap occurred – I made a silly mistake and stalled my car. The doorman told me I could park it there temporarily to check in, but to move it to the side. However, I couldn't find my keys, and the car wouldn't start. A kind young man helped me look for them and reassured me not to be nervous. After searching for a long time, I finally realized the keys were in the luggage we had just brought in. It was a bit embarrassing but didn't spoil my mood for checking in. When checking in, I was told that the themed room wouldn't be ready so quickly as it needed cleaning. I then requested to switch to a standard room so we could check in earlier. I was told they upgraded me to a room with a small balcony, thank you! My first impression was that the room was very bright and clean. The kids practically stayed in the room all day, not even wanting to go to the pool. They weren't interested in the hotel's game room either. The pool opens at 9 AM, which is later than most hotels. Dinner was at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I ordered roast pigeon based on reviews, and my daughter wanted mango pomelo sago. I tried to use a group purchase voucher, but was told only one voucher could be used per order. I asked if we could sit at separate tables and use an external phone to buy it, but the waitress seemed a bit reluctant, so I said never mind and didn't order it. I felt this was not very flexible. Also, it took about 15 minutes after we sat down for them to pour water, and I had to ask for it. After asking, I still had to wait. I asked the waiter if pouring water was self-service – it was ridiculous that two waitresses were serving the very loud foreign guests next to us.... Around 7:30 AM the next day, I went to the gym for a run. There was no one there at first, but then two people came a little later. Going early when it's quiet was quite pleasant. Afterwards, I planned to go for a steam bath while waiting for the pool to open at 9 AM. After swimming, I went for breakfast. The room included breakfast until 10:30 AM. They started clearing up promptly at 10:30 AM, and the staff didn't even announce a 'last call' to guests. At 10:37 AM, when I went to get something, I actually saw the restaurant manager taking a pan-fried dumpling 🥟 directly from the pot with their bare hands to eat, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES! I specifically asked a staff member what position the woman in the black suit held, and she told me it was their manager. The chef, who was wearing a similar black uniform, was right next to her and must have seen me witness this scene. I chose not to confront them directly, but shouldn't food be tasted with utensils before being served? Eating directly with hands in front of guests in a restaurant is a bit ungraceful, especially for a star-rated hotel.

We stayed at the Windsor Hotel with our child for our Legoland trip, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. I must highly commend all the staff at the hotel. The front desk lady was warm and meticulous, checking us in efficiently and smoothly. She patiently explained the shuttle bus schedule for the park, gave tips for visiting, and thoughtfully answered all our questions about traveling with a child. Other staff members were also incredibly considerate, gently interacting with our little one. The free shuttle service was convenient and reliable. From check-in to check-out, the service was attentive and heartfelt, with warm touches everywhere. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money, making it very hassle-free for family trips.

I booked a Hape-themed family room with a train-themed toy. The hotel's check-in time is 3 PM, and I specifically timed my arrival, but was told the room wasn't ready. They asked us to go to the lobby for free rubbings or relax in the kids' club on the second floor. The toys in the kids' club were similar to those in the room – Hape-themed play kitchen, train tracks, and a small train. I had planned to relax in the room while my child played, but now I couldn't enjoy that right and had to squeeze into the kids' club with other children! We finally got the room key at 4 PM, effectively losing an hour's worth of room charges. I suggest that if the hotel can't manage it, they should refuse late check-outs and prioritize cleaning family rooms with toys. For regular rooms, playing in the kids' club makes little difference, but for family rooms, the whole point is to enjoy the in-room toys and facilities. Losing that time is a much bigger deal than for a regular room, and the disappointment is much greater. After being delayed by an hour to get the room key, I still had to go back to the front desk to queue again to pick it up, and retrieve my stored luggage from the adjacent counter myself; no one automatically delivered it to the room. Even though the check-in already registered two children, the room still only had one bathrobe and one set of children's toiletries. Can the service awareness please be more automated? No matter where you're coming from, the journey to the hotel is long, and both adults and children are tired. Please provide guests with the service they deserve according to the stated check-in time.

Before the trip, I saw reviews mentioning various pretexts for requiring guests to register for the Ji Hotel app. Sure enough, upon check-in, we were told that only app registration could activate breakfast, even though we had already paid extra for two breakfasts when booking through Ctrip. The hotel unilaterally added these restrictions to meet their own targets! They had no grounds to argue after we questioned them. They only gave us one room key, not even an electricity card; the air conditioning was cut off as soon as we left the room, making it incredibly stuffy! Breakfast was unavailable; on the weekend, due to the large number of guests, by 8 am there was almost nothing left to eat, no seats, and no cutlery. Overall, the service received a negative score.

Located within the Floral Seascape Scenic Area, the hotel boasts an excellent environment where every step offers a beautiful view. Since it's a relatively new hotel, the accommodation area is still undergoing expansion. On weekends, it's not very crowded, making it exceptionally quiet and perfect for unwinding. The service was quite friendly, though dining options nearby are limited. A special shout-out to the bartender at the bar – it was a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway. Breakfast was semi-buffet style with fresh fruit and good quality ingredients. We received a free upgrade to a suite, which was very clean. As expected in areas with a lot of greenery, there were a few more mosquitoes, but it didn't detract from our stay.

Excellent! This is my kids' favorite hotel. There were so many other children for them to play with. The owner was super helpful, providing rides whenever we needed them. Although breakfast was simple, it was very healthy and well-balanced. This time we stayed in two different rooms; unfortunately, we couldn't book the slide room this time. 😄 But my kids loved both rooms. The bathroom fixtures and water heater were all great quality. The owner even gave us a little gift. Sadly, my child cherished it so much that they accidentally left it on the train during a transfer. 🙁 The hotel is very close to both the station and Legoland, just a few minutes away.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute drive from Jinshan North Station. The surroundings are vibrant and offer plenty of dining options. For Chinese food, there's a newly opened restaurant right across from the hotel – cross the bridge, take the first right, and it's about 200 meters down on your left. Their cola and lemonade are really authentic. Previously, staying in the village made dining inconvenient, but here, supermarkets and fruit stalls are all readily available. Transportation is also very convenient, with a bus stop nearby. Regarding the hotel itself: When judging a hotel's cleanliness, the first thing I look at are the pillow inserts. This place is newly renovated, and the duvet and pillow inserts are pristine white – a sparkling white that makes you feel comfortable enough to sleep in just your underwear. The hardware facilities are also excellent; the air conditioning is new, and the hairdryer has no strange odors, which is great. The owner is also very nice, a truly genuine person, and the front desk staff are very gentle. Overall, the experience was great and highly recommended!

My overall stay exceeded expectations. The entire place was clean and odor-free, with excellent soundproofing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the surrounding area had great amenities. It was also very affordable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room is very spacious, clean and sanitary, parking is convenient, and the waiter solves any problems in a timely manner. I hope the network can be improved, it is basically unavailable.
