The hotel is in a good location, but as a three-star hotel, the facilities are very bad. We stayed twice at different times. The first time we stayed in a deluxe room, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes inside, although there was a no-smoking sign on the wall. We reported it to the front desk, and they said they couldn't do anything. The second time we stayed was two days ago. The bath towels were very old and hard to the touch. One of them was already in tatters (see attached picture). I don't know how the room was cleaned, and I actually stepped on a two-inch long iron nail on the carpet (see picture). We also stayed in another three-star Vienna Hotel in Waigaoqiao, which was obviously much better than this hotel in all aspects, and the breakfast was obviously better than this hotel, which shows that there are big problems with the management of the hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again.

The place is quite nice, the rooms are cozy and have everything you may need. CityGo House is located a bit far from downtown (it takes around 30-40mins by subway), however the location itself is good, the subway station is very near, there are also many shopping malls around, where you can find anything you need.
The service though was not the best. It took a long time to check in with the foreign passport, the staff looked lost and confused. Their English is very poor as well.

The room was excellent and offered a fantastic sea view. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel's ambiance was great, and the service was equally impressive. I'd like to give a special commendation to Devin Jia, who has assisted me with check-ins on several previous stays. His service attitude is outstanding, he's always smiling, and he makes every guest feel truly at home. Highly recommended!

Loved the location of the hotel which is just next to the subway station & it’s also closed to streets lined with local restaurants & groceries. The room was cleaned & beds were very comfortable. It’s definitely a thumbs up for choice of hotels in Shanghai 👍🏻

For our anniversary, the hotel's ambiance and overall experience truly impressed me. The standout features were the hotel's internet and service. During today's military parade, many guests were watching the live broadcast online. The hotel's internet was incredibly stable and smooth, with no buffering or interruptions whatsoever, allowing everyone to clearly experience the awe-inspiring spectacle. For elderly guests who weren't familiar with operating the TV, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and proactive, patiently assisting them to switch to the live broadcast channel. This thoughtful detail was incredibly heartwarming. Watching the grand military parade was truly exhilarating, filling us with a strong sense of national pride. Witnessing the awe-inspiring display of national assets and soldiers marching with powerful, resolute steps, we were filled with an even deeper sense of reverence. As the saying goes, 'To commemorate victory is to safeguard peace, and to remember history is to forge a future.' We cherish the hard-won happiness we have today and appreciate even more deeply the importance of continuing to forge ahead.

The hotel boasts a very convenient location, with easy access to public transport and plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was spotlessly clean. Even though it's a new build this year, there was absolutely no new construction smell.

I had a wonderful time at Zhouhai Garden Hotel.
The location is very superior, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, which is very convenient for travel or business. The hotel has a grand appearance, exquisite and elegant interior decoration, and is full of artistic atmosphere. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the warm atmosphere and enthusiastic service staff. The staff is professional and friendly, the check-in procedures are efficient and fast, and they will also introduce the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions attentively.
The room is spacious and bright, and the layout is very warm and comfortable. The bed is soft and clean, which makes people sleep well all night. The facilities in the room are all available, from high-quality toiletries to convenient electrical appliances, which show the hotel's intentions. The view outside the window is also very charming, and you can enjoy the beautiful garden view or city scenery.

The hotel is located close to the end of Line 10 subway station. It takes more than an hour to get there from Hongqiao Airport. I went to Gaoqiao Martyrs Park to pay tribute to the martyrs. It's not far to take a taxi. The room is decorated in French style, clean and tidy. It is worth recommending. The customer service staff is also polite. I need quietness and they helped me adjust the room. The breakfast is OK, but the stir-fried dishes in the dinner restaurant are still worth recommending. The taste is good!

There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel 🅿, and there are sofas for rest in the lobby 🛋, self-service tea and candy 🍬. The room is not cramped, the water volume for showering is also OK, but the hair dryer has some issues.
