Service: The front desk service was excellent; they were always available to communicate and resolve any issues.
Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, and having a washing machine with a built-in dryer is a huge plus!
Environment: The soundproofing is excellent, the blackout curtains work perfectly, and the room lighting is also great.

Our experience at Wassim R Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every part of our stay felt comfortable and relaxing.
I especially want to highlight the incredible service we received from one of the staff members — a kind female staff member with glasses who truly went above and beyond for us. She was so attentive, helpful, and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Her genuine hospitality made a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did.
Wassim R Hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and thanks to the amazing staff, it felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back someday!

I stayed here for a business trip. Since I always buy things when I'm back in China for work, whether the hotel could receive parcels was a major consideration for me. This was genuinely the first time I've encountered a hotel that explicitly states they don't accept packages, so the courier deposited mine in a Fengchao smart locker. However, to my surprise, upon check-in, I found that a few of my packages *had* been received, and there was even a designated area for them behind the front desk. I won't speculate too much on this, but I guess I had to believe them when they insisted, even after my complaint, that the front desk doesn't allow packages. What's worse, I then had to call them to retrieve my parcel from the Fengchao locker *after* it had already incurred an overdue charge.
Secondly, the hotel building might be a bit old, as the soundproofing is really subpar. My room faced the street, and the traffic noise from the elevated highway was very noticeable, even though I was on a relatively high floor.
Finally, breakfast. Perhaps due to a pet exhibition attracting a larger crowd these past few days, many of the hot food trays were often empty and not refilled promptly.
That's all. This is actually the first time I've written such a lengthy review.

This was my first stay at an IHG hotel, and Bonnie's service was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a huge underground parking lot with direct elevator access to the front desk. The only minor drawback was the lack of EV charging stations.
Our room was spotlessly clean, featured a pillow menu, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The minibar also offered a wide selection.
During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles. Bonnie was particularly thoughtful; aware that there was no late-night supper service on weekends, she proactively prepared fruit for us and even upgraded our room.
Breakfast on the second day was equally lavish and significantly more substantial than what's typically found at similarly priced hotels like Ji Hotel or Atour, especially regarding the Western dishes. It only seemed to lack a few Western options compared to a full-service InterContinental property. The sole drawback was during breakfast, some children (possibly Korean or Japanese) were constantly screaming and running around the restaurant. Their parents' failure to intervene significantly disrupted the dining experience for other guests.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding and clean bathrooms, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and were very friendly and professional. Room service is very responsive, and any requests are promptly addressed. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. Overall, Ramada Pudong Shanghai is a reliable and highly recommended choice for business travelers.

I have experienced 4 hotels during my trip to China and this is the best for the price! So suitable for alone travel or with friends, they speak English great, the room is clean, we have kitchen, washer, the view is good. They are so friendly. The location is good too. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was definitely the shower, the water pressure was incredible, like showering under a waterfall. It was such a refreshing way to start the day. The food was also great; I especially loved the smoked salmon at breakfast, fresh and full of flavor. The service stood out as well. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming, took care of my luggage, and even accompanied me all the way to my room. That level of attention really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The hotel facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped. They thoughtfully provided flower tea, black tea, and coffee in the room, and we even received a small complimentary gift at the front desk, which was a lovely touch. When I accidentally left some items in the lounge area, a kind staff member at the front desk neatly placed them in a bag and kept them safe – truly attentive service! Their excellent service attitude truly deserves praise. Initially, I had a little trouble finding the hotel, but after calling, a staff member patiently guided me until I was sure of the location. The subway station is right outside the hotel, making travel exceptionally convenient. Furthermore, there's a shopping mall right next door with an abundance of delicious food options.

Facilities: Very clean and hygienic. Having vending machines right in the building was super convenient.
Cleanliness: The automatic toilet flush activated each time I entered with my key card was a unique and rather premium touch.
Ambiance: The overall decor was stylish and tasteful. For just over 200 (RMB), this environment offered excellent value for money.
Service: I was immediately impressed by the friendly staff who gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The next day, when an unexpected commitment arose, they were incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check out late, extending it until 2 PM.

When we checked out at noon the next day, the front desk reminded us again at 11:20 and again at 11:30. We had already packed up and left. I have never seen a hotel that started reminding us at 11:20. Not recommended, won’t go there again
