Location was a little further than the central hotspots than expected despite the name being The Bund Riverside, but check in was a breeze, and the room was also huge, almost like a mini apartment! Was so spacious, had ample of space to bring in my hoards of shopping.

The room is very good, clean and new. The room is as described. There is a laundry and the room is very spacious. We can leave our bags and hang our clothes. The staff is friendly, but there will be a deposit first and it will be returned on the check-out day. If anyone is hesitant, I would like you to try to stay here and you will like it. With a reasonable price, the room is big, you can walk to the metro. Downstairs there is a convenience store and there is a delicious restaurant nearby.

Overall I had a decent experience at this hotel, but the service was lacking, which is a shame since the property is very nice. When you check into a 5 star hotel, there are certain expectations and unfortunately this hotel did not meet them.
Upon arrival there is usually a doorman, helping you with your luggage, opening doors and showing you to the reception. There were none when I arrived. That's fine, not really an issue.
However after I dragged my luggage to the reception the staff ignored me for a solid minute while I was standing right in front of them. Not exactly a five star welcome. Of course the room wasn't ready so I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get my key.
The room was nice and clean with a great view, but had a bit of a strange layout where the sink was in the hallway and the shower in the corner so there's no real place to change clothes unless you close the curtains.
It was raining a lot during my stay but the staff were kind enough to lend me a broken umbrella. Better than nothing I guess. That might actually have been her personal umbrella so I appreciate the gesture nonetheless.
During my stay I had a strange feeling of not really being welcome, which I've never had at a hotel in China before.
Upon checkout the staff tried to pressure me multiple times to give a five star review and include certain names in the review which I did not appreciate. That needs to be earned.
If this hotel improves its service it would be 5 star no doubt, but until then it's not really worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. One of the best parts was the convenient location and the beautiful view — both really enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very convenient position and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small but clean. The room smells when we checked in but the smell disappeared after opening the window to let the fresh air come in. The toilet and bathroom are exactly next to each other and it smells a bit moody. I lost one of the room access card and the staff said that’s ok. They also provided lots of bottled drinking water every day. Generally speaking, it’s a good experience.

A good hotel for a long stay. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket and metro nearby. It takes 40 minutes by metro to get to the center of Shanghai. The room is as shown in the photos, nice and cozy. There is everything you need: kettle, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel. We talked through a translator at the reception desk, as there was no English, and we don't know Chinese. If living in the center is not a criterion for choosing a hotel, then this option is very good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Everything was impeccably clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the view from the window was stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay! The breakfast buffet had too many delicious and healthy food!

The lobby smell super nice!!!! I reach early morning, they allow me to keep lugage there, and im able to check in at 12pm. The cleaner lady than clean our room was kind and attentive. The doorman always helpfull and keep smiling. There is nearby halal restaurant is a plus for us. The location is great, walkable to the bund. We got room with nice view. For sure will book the same hotel if i come to shanghai again. Sharing some picture view from our room.

Opened this year, a very new, and very cozy hotel. The staff were kind, and I love the overall design. Very close to the bund, also there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
The hotel provides almost all the meals in a day - breakfast, tea time dessert and supper.
The gym room is just nice for traveller, also included a big giant screen, too bad I could not connect to play my video. Love their meditation/chanting room 💕 too bad they do not have a yoga teacher or singing bowl master to fully utilized that room. I so wanted to try it out. I wish the hotel could really look into this..
The room size is decent. Love the amenities and the atmosphere they try to create. Also books inside for one to read and have a peaceful mind, suggest to provide 1 English book & 1 mandarin book, since not everyone can read mandarin.
By the way the supper dinner was great, especially the wantan. The beef noodles served with giant chunk of stew beef.
Should you come to stay? Yes, I recommended this hotel if you want to stay near the bund

NNabeijushiFacilities: As the hotel opened this year, the facilities are generally quite good. The hallways do have a smell, which I suspect is from a complete renovation.
Cleanliness: See the pictures for cleanliness. (Picture 2) I'm a man, so don't say I left it there intentionally. From a meter away, you can see a woman's long hair. (Picture 3) Under the TV, I'm not sure if it was a shoulder strap left by a woman. (Picture 4) The candy and cookie jar in the room is full of cookie crumbs. Personally, I feel like the cleanliness management is very poor.
Environment: The hotel is new and the environment is quite nice.
Service: The service was quite good. I wanted to report the issue when I checked out, but the front desk didn't ask about my stay, so I seemed to be looking for trouble.

DDaobaDBThis is a newly opened hotel with very beautiful decoration and brand new equipment and facilities. The room is also equipped with tea bags and coffee. It is also very clean. There are a variety of TV programs. When you order takeout, it is delivered by a robot. The experience is very comfortable. I will definitely come again next time. It was a very satisfying experience.

GGuest User非常後悔訂這家酒店，進屋一股刺鼻的蚊香味道，一股黴味，牆上有灰網，破舊的水壺，我自己掃地擦地掃灰一番，水壺裡裡外外洗掉水垢，才算舒服些。空調打開，一股非常難聞的潮濕氣味真受不住，衹能關掉。這些還不算什麼。到了晚上，右邊隔壁一男一女半夜説話聲很大，像吵架，根本原因是房間一點也不隔音，打個噴嚏都聽得一清二楚，放水聲都是轟轟震響，敲門也沒人開，鬧騰到一點多才靜下來。左邊隔壁又像聚會一樣，洗手池聲音，洗澡水聲音，大聲笑鬧聲音，太崩潰了，二點二十多敲門，請他們小點聲，還好立刻安靜了。然後就是一直存在的窗户外面轟鳴的車聲沒斷過。孩子一夜翻來滾去根本沒睡好，我是一夜沒閤眼。前台晚上根本找不到人。太太太差勁了，不知道那些好評怎麼來的，就是因為這些好評住了這家店，以為的價廉物美是根本不存在的，所述皆事實。
