First, someone got stuck in the elevator, and then the hair dryer in the room took half an hour to dry my hair 70-80%. This was the first time I encountered this in so many hotels. I recorded a video of the hair dryer blowing next to the disposable towels, and the towels didn't move much. It was blown from 11:30 to 12 o'clock, and the paper towels were used up after just a few sheets of paper on the day of check-in. I could still hear various door slamming sounds when I went to bed at 1 o'clock in the morning. The sound insulation effect was not very good. I suggest that employees stay in their own hotel to experience it.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, very close to the subway station. I was traveling with my child to Jiaotong University, and a taxi ride only took seven minutes. The robot encountered a problem and refused to leave the elevator. A staff member told it to exit the elevator on its own, but it retorted, 'I'm working, don't disturb me!' There was no other option but to turn it off and carry it out of the elevator. 😂😂😂

This is a magical and interesting hotel! Not only does the exterior look like a ship, but the interior decoration is also a ship theme. When I checked in, the front desk was very nice and upgraded me to a king-size bed room with a 270-degree view of the lush garden. There are all kinds of entertainment facilities in the hotel, and there is also a craft beer bar, which is really crafted by the hotel's own machines. The yellow beer and dark beer I ordered were both very good. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. We sat in the view seat next to the pool and had a unique flavor.

Excellent service, they are quick to respond and very helpful. We changed to a villa coz we have a dog with us. The room that we stayed though had a really strong smell that triggered sinuses, they gave us a machine but it did not help at all. We have to open the sliding door the whole time to minimize the smell and to have air circulation. Few cobwebs and some bugs in the room, a thorough cleaning will solve this issue. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the city center and have a great relaxing time with the family. Awesome facilities! We enjoyed the outdoor pool so much and the green field for your fur baby to walk around. Very thoughtful service if you have a fur baby with you, they provide a bed, blanket and some toys, and accessible poop bags everywhere 🐶. A great place to stay and have a relaxing time with the family.

When we faced the predicament of no spare duvets (the front desk claimed, ”all spare bedding was used up”), she proactively intervened. She not only quickly found pillows and personally put on clean duvet covers but also thoughtfully told us, ”It's busy during the holidays, no need to rush, make sure you get some rest first,” and even wished us to ”have fun.” Her enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and sense of responsibility injected warmth into the stark management shortcomings, becoming the sole 'service highlight' of our stay. **II. It wasn't until 3:30 PM, after multiple calls, that the remaining room cards were delivered by a robot, with no human providing any updates on the progress. The elderly and children grew tired from waiting in the cramped room, and the lobby sofa area was also full, offering no alternative resting spot. During holidays, optimize cleaning schedules in advance and display real-time room readiness status to minimize guests' unproductive waiting time. 2. The next day, my friend brought his grandfather to have a buffet breakfast and he needed to pay extra. The front desk did not charge the original price of 58, but gave a preferential price of buy one get one free. Although this amount of money is not much, it left a very good impression on me, so I gave it a five-star rating in the end.
