The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with free Wi-Fi, a small supermarket nearby, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of food.

Excellent, especially Mr. Alex, a very cooperative person who never tires of helping everyone at any time.

Its location is convenient, close to all services.

I think it is very good, cheap, clean and sanitary. The only drawback is that it is far from Dubai.

The service was average. The front desk called me at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and woke me up. It was inexplicable.

Nice hotel, clean

I would like to thank Rajy and Sam (the the front desk) for the exceptional hospitality and service. We spent 3 nights in Crystal Plaza and plan to come more in the future aswell as we have family living close to the hotel. The room and bathroom was clean, the amenities were nice and the coffee shop at the lobby was very fast and delivered straight to the room. As mentioned above, the staff was extremely helpful and professional.

Very efficient and friendly reception staff. I was checked in within 3 minutes and had the key in my hand right away. My room was spacious, comfortable, and included a desk with a nice skyline city view. The rooftop pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. The hotel is also well located, close to many supermarkets and restaurants.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is polite, the staff is ready to help. There is a transfer to the beach. The food in the restaurant is varied. I liked the New Year’s program, it was fun. what I didn't like: 1) The hotel does not congratulate me on my birthday, although I am a regular customer. 2) The hotel guide, the woman who sits on the ground floor, who gave her permission to sit there? She ruined the whole impression of the hotel. She spoke disgustingly about the hotel staff, about the guides. She does not keep her distance when communicating with hotel guests, grabs everyone by the hand, wants to be too friendly, while she says a lot of negative things about the hotel itself. She imposes her tours on everyone, while saying that it is unsafe to buy tours from guides and is very expensive. She does not give guests a break, imposes her opinion on everyone. There was a case when a woman asked her for help, wanted to clarify where there was a restaurant nearby, to which she sharply replied that ask all questions to your guides, I am not an information desk. How can such an employee sit in such a hotel? How could the hotel allow this, I was very ashamed and unpleasant to watch her behavior. and I will not return to your hotel anymore.

Crystal plaza Hotel -Al-Majaz in Sharjah is a true sample of excellent hospitality. Extremely comfortable , very nice .The room was clean and comfortable Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank the staff epically Ms. Shiwani ! from guest relations and reservation, I had an amazing experience in your hotel. When I called from USA trying to make reservation Ms. Shiwani Took the call she was very friendly and showed her concern and care also handled the situation very smoothly and represented Crystal plaza hotel very professionally.I was amazed for her premium customer service level and positive attitude, also I want to thank Mr. Forqaan from front desk for his excellent customer service and quick check in processing. He was amazing when we called the front desk to ask questions.Our room was prepared very nice and the all the supplies was provided , ,also I would like to thank bellmen and housekeeping outstanding performance , Thank you Crystal plaza hotel Almajaz for having such wonderful staff as part of your team. I travelled from Manchester with my boyfriend on Monday 4th November, This is truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed and and the level of uncleanliness was shocking and disgusting and the pictures of the hotel isn’t a true representation of what the hotel looks like, the only decent things about the hotel was the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel at all!!

Hotel staff unprofessional, rooms dirty, issues with pests on the bed and on the TV stand, housekeeping to a very poor standard and they really didn’t care. The toilets were dirty including bathtub which had hair and an unknown brown substance, carpets covered in unknown stains, a toenail in the peephole and patches burnt and dead pests inside slippers pack. Hotel staff was extremely rude and did not respect elders, as we let them know in advance of almost 5 days that we will be checking in early as our flight arrives early morning, once we arrived at 7:40am (later than we’d planned and told staff) they refused to check us in unless we paid extra or to wait until 2pm (as “we should’ve have booked the night before” if we wanted to check in the next day).

The hotel is bit old, and old fashioned. But rooms are clean and spacious. The administrators are polite. Housekeeping works every day. There is not a great variety of cuisine but it's tasty. In conclusion the hotel isn't bad, it's good enough to stay there and the location is wonderful.
