"An easy to find location and close to the town. The reception staff were friendly and the area was spotless. The room was as described. Am not keen on the bathrooms with clear glass you can see into though. The hand soap and shower gel were so lovely, great smell. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels were huge and fluffy. The bed was rather hard but fine for one night. I was on the second floor and could feel the vibrations of the trams running which was not great. Good for a one night stop but not a longer stay."

"The hotel was not easy to find but the staff did assist us promptly.  There was an issue up with the accommodation, upon reporting this our accommodation was upgraded immediately.  There stay was good.  The food was excellent.  The only thing I will say is that the cleanliness of some of the rooms, need to be addressed and also the maintence needs to be addressed also."

"A pleasant stay in a convenient location. We were able to check in early, due to the very helpful staff. Only one lift was working though and the spa was out of commission."

"We loved our stay at Radisson Blu. The only downside was the Air Con not working properly, they are really hot rooms and the windows dont open. However, the rooms are so quiet with soundproof rooms, really comfortable and spacious. It was an ideal location near Lyceum Theatre and a lobely square opposite for eating and drinking. We sat at the roof top bar for drinks and staff were polite and helpful. I would love to revisit but the air con was abit of a downside for me."

"A business hotel without any facilities except a restaurant. Room is relatively small not even a small freezer. Breakfast is good. However, bad experience with housekeeping. No service for the room only the first day. The maid just changed the towels and did nothing to the room including the toilet. I have to request for daily clean up at the front desk. On the third day, found a large plastic bag with rubbish in my room probably the maid forgot to take out. The bag included other rubbish not from my room."

"I booked this for my family. It happened to be graduation season, so the rates were quite high. The room was a bit small but surprisingly a little more spacious than I'd imagined. Its convenient location, with a supermarket and restaurants directly opposite, and proximity to the train station, were definite pluses."
