The hotel offers excellent service with friendly receptionists.* Donggualing MTR station is just across the street, and it's only two stops away from Futian Checkpoint for connecting to the high-speed train to Hong Kong. The hotel is also fairly close to a mosque and halal food centres. For faster and more convenient travel, you can use Didi as transportation — it's cheap and reasonably priced.

Stayed at "Yayuan Caitian Hotel (Shenzhen UpperHills Lotus Mountain Branch)" tonight. Although the room is a bit compact, it’s truly small but fully equipped! The environment is spotlessly clean and tidy, with all necessary amenities, and the bed is comfortable for a great sleep～ The location is super convenient, close to shopping malls and Lotus Mountain Park, making it easy to go out and find food. The staff are friendly and respond quickly, making the stay worry-free. For the price, it’s definitely a great value choice for accommodation in Shenzhen! Highly recommended for friends who prioritize cleanliness and convenience! 👍🏨

Close to Lotus Mountain. Convenience stores right downstairs. Staff friendly and helpful. I had to leave for the airport early in the morning and they had a taxi waiting for me. Thank you Yayuan Caitain Hotel and staff!!!

Good location, near shopping mall and park. Quite neighborhood. Overall service acceptable. Rooms small but, cleaned. Windows in the room be recommended. Internet speed were unstable. However, I would recommend for short trip.

The room is clean and nice. The bathroom is also good. Super conveniently located opposite the Metro Exit. Close to the Islamic center and halal food options. I would recommend the Hotel 🙏🏼

Location is not very convenient but it's compensated by their excellent service. It's quite a walking distance to UpperHills Mall which I would recommend taking a bike.

Very convenient location, just take about 3 minutes walk to the hotel. However, it is a bit noisy. I can hear the sound from the corridor.

It's only a few minutes' walk from the Shenzhen Intermediate Court and very close to the subway entrance. Transportation is very convenient. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and the rooms are very clean. It is a good choice for business travel!
