The hotel's location was great, but that's where the positives end. The lift was slow and outdated, and there was only one for the entire hotel. The room had a lot of issues - it was noisy, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite our request for a non-smoking room. To make matters worse, the room was supposedly upgraded free for us to have big bed with a window, but the 'window' turned out to be a low window facing the corridor, which compromised our privacy and safety. The door couldn't be locked from the inside, making us feel insecure. The glass-built toilet was also a major issue, as it was visible from the bed. Although the mattress seemed clean, the overwhelming cigarette smoke smell was unbearable. Due to my sensitivity, I ended up cutting our stay short and checking out early to find another hotel. My whole night did not sleep properly..Also I find it very unsafe to take the lift alone..The room toilet is smelling .

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around. I’d definitely love to come back again. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and a fantastic location. You can step right out of the hotel and go shopping.

Just near more food court and MTR, near KTV also , location very easy to find out and customers service is good ! Highly recommend 👍

Room big and easy find food perfect for this price but if call,clean they will not really clean all just change tissue and towel.

a lot of food around location. Near dongmen pedestrian. Near metro gate C Laojie.

Good points: great location if you love street food, walkable streets and a vibrant bustling area. It's an older area of shenzhen, feels more authentic and not near the modern glass walled skyscrapers. 5 mins walk to the subway. Bad points;: hotel room was quite dirty, no soundproofing on windows (they don't even completely close) and there is constant construction noise outside and in the building. Also seems like a lot of "short term visitors" coming in and out of the hotel. Constant cigarette smoke entering the room all day and night (leaving the bathroom fan on helps to reduce it)
