SOVIS Haihe Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Port Guomao Metro Station Branch) Reviews

Good location if you need to go to Luohu Port, about 15min walk. Food readily available around the area, mall about 10 min walk away. Room was relatively run down with paint peeling and water stains. Room was located next to some metal stairs where delivery guys go up and down so i couldnt open the window to air the room, it also smelt a little weird outside. There were small bugs in the toilet. Layout was also relatively tight, i couldnt sit on the toilet bowl straight as i’ll hit my leg against the sink. When i turned on the aircon, there is this urine like smell that was really bad. I arrived quite late at night so there wasnt any other room i could change to alr. I bought some essential oils during the trip so i used it to make the room smell a little better. My main concern w the hotel was that the first room i was assigned couldnt be double locked, and so were the 3 other rooms showed to me. This was the only room available that could be locked that night. I definitely wont stay here again, will consider some other hotel around the area.

The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to both the metro station and high-speed rail station. It also makes traveling to Hong Kong very easy. The service was excellent, and they offer breakfast and complimentary laundry facilities.

My original booking for a king-size bed wasn't honored; they claimed they had arranged a slightly larger double room for me. Essential amenities like slippers and bottled water were supplied. However, there were no USB charging outlets, and the overall decor was rather unremarkable. The location was acceptable. The breakfast was utterly disappointing. By 9:30 AM, no new dishes were being replenished, and the staff told us we had to make do with whatever was left. It was quite exasperating.

Fantastic value for money, and they even offer laundry service. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire place was spotless. What's more, there are tons of snack shops right downstairs, making it super convenient – you can even grab a late-night bite! Thumbs up! 👍

A stay that truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby was impressive, the room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. Definitely deserves high praise! The hotel was also very clean, and its location right next to the subway station was incredibly convenient.

The rooms are practical and well-equipped. The service truly stands out; they're very accommodating with late check-outs and early check-ins, and even offer monthly rental options. I'm a repeat guest, having stayed here numerous times, and it's always my first thought when booking a room. Highly recommended!

During a business trip to Shenzhen, I discovered this hotel offered good value for money and decided to give it a shot. It certainly didn't disappoint! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even provided a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast, which was a wonderful bonus! The lobby is beautiful and comfortable, making you feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Highly recommended!

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for those primarily visiting Hong Kong, as you can easily cross the border first thing in the morning when it opens. **Facilities:** The room isn't large, but it has all the basic amenities for daily use. There isn't much spare space, making it suitable for guests with light luggage. (Two minor drawbacks: the desk is tiny, and there are too few power outlets.) **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness is decent, quite clean actually. The bedsheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases looked freshly changed. For the price and this location, it's very good. **Location & Environment:** It's a 2-3 minute walk from the subway station and about 1 km (one subway stop) from Luohu Port, which is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, you'll find snack shops, supermarkets, and more. There can be a little noise at night, but it's within an acceptable range. Our window faced the alley in front of the hotel, not a main road, so it wasn't too bad. **Service:** The front desk staff were all very good. During our two-night stay, there was usually someone at the desk. There's also a fridge at the front desk, which is convenient for storing items. **Drawbacks:** 1. **Desk Space:** The desk is far too small. If you need to eat in the room during a two-night stay, it's completely inadequate, not even enough space for one meal, let alone personal items like skincare products or power banks. 2. **Power Outlets:** There are too few power outlets: only one by the bed, one obstructed behind the TV, and one in the bathroom. I had to charge my power bank in the bathroom overnight. To charge two phones simultaneously, we had to move the small TV. If you have more devices, it becomes extremely inconvenient. We didn't use the laundry service or request late check-out, so I can't comment on those aspects.

The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and friendly – they even gave me a small gift! They were very accommodating, offering a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, the bed was extremely comfortable. They also helped with my laundry, which was a great convenience. The shower had excellent hot water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Plus, there are plenty of malls and supermarkets nearby, making the location super convenient!

The location is excellent with very convenient transport options. I was upgraded to a room with a window and even received complimentary apple pastries. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful ☺️. They also offered a fantastic laundry service where staff would wash and return my clothes. Overall, my stay was exceptional. The only minor drawback was the weak Wi-Fi signal, but the room was immaculately clean 😀.

Visit here again! Good price, good location, for the apartment like accommodation. This time stayed at the last room of the floor, and got the table next to the bed, nice. While there are some dirties on the wall of the room, they have been heavily occupied after all. Anyway will still treat here as first choice of stays, near Shenzhen station!

The hotel is great, with a good location and excellent service. The only major issue is their extremely poor parcel management. While they don't offer a dedicated courier service, there's a very high chance of packages going missing if you need to receive one. Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, where parcels were organized meticulously by date and name, this area definitely needs significant improvement. The staff also don't seem to put much effort into this particular task. However, other aspects of housekeeping are excellent; they provide many small complimentary gifts, and the room itself is quite clean. Nevertheless, I noticed many people smoking in the hotel corridors, and the smell was incredibly strong. It seemed the previous guest was a smoker too, as the duvet and pillows reeked of smoke – it was suffocating! On top of that, the air conditioning unit was constantly dripping, and there were only twelve TV channels, which was a bit disappointing. The smoke from the corridor even drifted into the room! I sincerely hope they address these issues. I didn't take any photos, but hopefully, this review paints a clear picture of my experience.

Great location. Easy to find, laundry service is excellent. The restaurants in the area are about average.
