"The hotel was on a quiet street, but just around the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was a huge size with a kitchen (full fridge, stove top, table chairs and sofa). Bed was comfortable. There was no lift/elevator but there was help from staff getting things up and down. Issues was the shower, that despite being enclosed, there was a huge puddle outside it everytime, no matter how much I tried to stop it. But the towels were changed everyday. I would like to have had time with no staff coming to clean, as I was told to go out for a bit while they cleaned. Breakfast was tailored to people, so you had to give a time to go down. On holidays you wake at odd times so I woke up hours before I said I was gping down but became too hungry to wait, not knowing what to expect. After that I didn't bother with breakfast and sorted my own food. I would say, overall, very good value for money."

"Cozy hotel right in the city center. The staff are friendly and speak several languages. The breakfast wasn't very varied – the same things every day – but the food itself was good. They maintain cleanliness and all the necessary amenities are provided, though the carpet in the room is quite worn out. Overall, it's an excellent option for the price."

"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Georgia in terms of service. The staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. The 24-hour free coffee was a great bonus. They don't provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms; you have to get water from the dispenser in the common area, which I assume is for environmental reasons. The location is excellent, right next to Freedom Square in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony room offered a nice view of the mountains and a church, which was a definite plus. However, due to its central location, the room was generally on the smaller side with limited space. In particular, the bathroom was right next to the bed and lacked noticeable ventilation, which was a minor downside to the experience. Overall, the location and service are its biggest strengths, while room comfort is about average."

"The room was quite new, equipped with a desk and a hairdryer, and there was space under the bed for luggage. However, the bed was too soft. There's a Ferrari showroom downstairs, and on one of the three nights we stayed, from 12:03 AM onwards, cars were revving their engines and racing down the street for several hours. It was incredibly frustrating. The location is a bit isolated, so the best way to get around is by taxi. If you prefer to walk, there are three routes: If you face the hotel, walk straight ahead to your left, go through the parking lot, up a flight of stairs, and over an underpass to reach the main road. To the right of the hotel, there's a park; if you enter the park, there's an uphill path, followed by stairs that lead through a residential area to the main road. Finally, with your back to the hotel, there's a pedestrian bridge; cross it to the other side, then follow the road up to the bridge to exit."

"We stayed 2 night. The hotel is located in the middle of the city behind Liberty Mall. But access to the hotel is quite far from the road, the car can not enter, has to pass many stairs, a bit bother when carrying a large suitcase. The hotel also had no elevators, and none of the officers helped bring the suitcase upstairs (we were on the 3rd floor) and dropped the suitcase when checking out was also exhausting. But the room is spacious for the three of us. It is unfortunate that the front officer is not friendly."

"We initially stayed at another hotel that was a complete rip-off. The breakfast was awful and the place was tiny. We thought our stay in Tbilisi was going to be a nightmare, so we decided to forfeit what we'd paid for the week and go to another hotel. We chose this New Tbilisi, and thank God for it! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and they gave us another one when we left. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good, the service was excellent, and the room was perfect for three people. I thank them for saving our stay at this hotel because thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the city. What looked like it was going to be a disaster turned into a wonderful trip. Thank you so much from a grateful Costa Rican. God bless you and pura vida!"
