"This time, I was traveling with friends, and after carefully reading reviews, I chose Sheraton. It lived up to its reputation for quality. To our pleasant surprise, all three rooms were upgraded! Our butler, Xiao Ying, demonstrated exceptional service from the moment we checked in at the front desk. She answered all our questions, and when there was a noise issue with the air conditioning in one room, she promptly arranged a room change. We're very grateful! The breakfast was extensive, and everyone loved the pickled vegetable and pork buns…"
