1. Pick-up and drop-off service is available, which is super convenient! 2. The bunk beds were my kids' favorite! They said they want to come back to this hotel specifically because of them next time. 3. The sofa by the window spans the entire length of the room, so we could neatly line up all our clothes, which was incredibly handy. 4. The front desk staff and butler were incredibly responsive and accommodating. 100 points! 5. Perhaps because of the bunk beds, I noticed there were always two cleaning staff members, which is a big plus. 6. The evening activities were fantastic every day. After skiing, we'd soak in the hot springs, and right after dinner, we'd catch the iron flower show. The iron flowers were even more beautiful than fireworks. 7. The instructor was excellent. My 6-year-old was able to ski on their own after just two hours of one-on-one lessons. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our trip to Changbai Mountain. We'll definitely be back next year!

After staying in the Swiss town for two nights in Huamei Resort, experience a night RV. The RV belongs to the hotel in Pine Fruit. The RV is very clean and the equipment is complete. The most important thing is that the environment outside the RV is really beautiful. The view of the performance of the iron flower at night is very good. There is no need to squeeze with people. If there are many people, you can also barbecue outside the RV, which is very good.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Kevin from the concierge team! The moment I arrived at the hotel with a pile of luggage, Kevin was right there to help me carry it. He proactively assisted with parking and even brought my bags up to the room. When I wanted to know about local attractions and unique restaurants, he patiently and meticulously planned out sightseeing routes for me, and clearly explained all the complimentary resort benefits. During my stay, if I had any requests for the room, I'd contact him and he'd respond incredibly quickly. He's very attentive, reliable, warm, polite, and incredibly professional. His service was thoughtful and thorough, with absolutely no perfunctory attitude. He was a huge highlight of this trip. If you come to this hotel, you definitely need to find Kevin at the concierge – highly recommended, five stars!
