We are very sorry to bring you and your family a bad experience. 1. Parking and luggage service. The hotel has indoor parking and outdoor parking. Parking is also available at Yuyang Wharf opposite. There are more guests arriving on May Day. We contacted the guests one by one to park the car. Our security supervisor and housekeeper also helped you carry your luggage to the room. 2. Room arrangement: You don’t want to be in a room closer to the elevator. The middle room is a parent-child family room and a standard room. Only then will you be arranged with the front double bed room. 3. Recreation and handcraft: You want to experience our handcraft activities (10:00-16:00) before you check in. Because you arrived at the store late, we told you that you can do handcraft activities before the middle shift. 4. Cancel the room: You checked in at 16:22 in the afternoon, and contacted Ctrip at 18:00 to cancel the room for free. After applying and replying, you can check out for free.
