Nice location, but beach have lots of shells at shore. Hotel looks nice, but needs some maintenance though F&B mediocre apart of breakfast. Very tentative guest service team.

Absolutely top notch stay. Kids loved it, beach is amazing and staff were super kind and supportive. We will stay here again next year.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable,I was particularly impressed with the staff. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to both local and international tastes.

Nice, quiet resort. Clean, nice big rooms. Good place to stay for families, with a variety of restaurants, and a lot of activities for children. Staff's very nice, friendly and helpful. Location right next to the beach.

This was my second time visiting Khao Lak, and overall, it was a wonderful stay! This resort is even more beautiful than the one I stayed at last time — the scenery is stunning and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The breakfast restaurant service was especially impressive. One of the male staff members was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the service was very attentive. Although the gym is small, I absolutely loved the lemongrass-scented cold towels in the freezer — such a refreshing touch!!! But my rooms had a damp smell, which wasn’t very pleasant, while the room my friend stayed in smelled great. Also, after swimming, I was quite thirsty and went to the towel station by the pool, but there were only cups and no drinking water. I asked the staff there, but she didn’t seem to speak English, which made communication a bit difficult. Except those two small points, everything else was excellent!!it was a very enjoyable experience and one more unforgettable moment — I witnessed a truly breathtaking and emotional sunset here. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

My overall experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The team went out of their way to make me feel welcome and relaxed, providing great hospitality at every turn. In particular, I have to mention Khun Kath – her kindness, attentiveness, and friendliness truly stood out and made my stay extra special. I always felt like a valued guest thanks to her wonderful service and the positive attitude of the entire team. My room was perfect in every way: spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. The room had all the amenities I could possibly need. I really appreciated how well the room was maintained and how everything just worked. It was a peaceful space where I could unwind fully after a day of exploring the resort’s activities. Speaking of activities, everything was very well organized. The resort offered a great range of fun things to do, and each activity was managed smoothly. My morning, the delicious breakfast which had a good variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. One small note: the grill restaurant was just average.

My recent stay at Le meridien Khao lak hotel was absolutely magical! The breathtaking view from the beach bar were nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and the gentle sea breeze was a rejuvenating experience.

This hotel offers good overall value for money. Aside from the slightly inconvenient transportation, everything else is fine. The hotel breakfast has a great variety, but the taste is just average, nothing outstanding. The rooms and other facilities are decent, so considering the price, it's quite a good deal.

Nice hotel with good service. A bit aged but still ok. Good value for money during the low season. A little far from the Khao Lak main stretch.
