Clean room for a comfortable stay.  The hotel is located conveniently about 5-10 minutes walk from East Ginza Station. Great access to restaurants and shops in Ginza. A great plus is that the lobby has Tokyo Tower view.

Perfect location, very near everything that you need, and friendly service. With good night city view at the lobby, including the tokyo tower.

The hotel has excellent view, the room was a bit small but since I was traveling by myself it was ok. The location is perfect and staff were very friendly.

The best hotel I’ve stayed so far in Tokyo. Ginza is my most favorite district in Tokyo, and knowing Ginza as a luxury place, it is surprising to be at a 4-star hotel that doesn’t break the bank. I love the location that it is near to everything that you need - train station, Don Quijote, konbini, pharmacy, malls. The cherry on top - the great view of the skyscrapers of Tokyo, especially the Tokyo tower from a distance. I like how the room is designed to have a great view of the skyscrapers as well aside from the lobby. The room was quite small, but I do understand due to the limited spaces and such in Japan. Even though the room is small, I’d still give it a 5/5 due to the overall cleanliness, view, amneties, elegance and luxurious vibe that doesn’t need to be expensive, great toilet and bath as special mention. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. Their simple greetings and smiles are more than enough to make you feel welcome and brighten up your day/night. If I would go back to Tokyo in the next couple of months, I will definitely book again on this hotel, as this is the gem I’ve found. If the management will allow, I would like to have a special mention to Sue (I’m not sure if the spelling is correct). She is very attentive to me and helped me ensure that me and my dad’s luggage are secured, and of course when it was time for me to get the luggage. She is polite and made me felt warm with the little and quick side conversation we had. Hope to see Sue again when I come back. It is nice to meet her, and hopefully may keep in touch. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in Ginza, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, especially for luxury brands, with high-end boutiques at every turn. The only real highlight of the hotel is the view of Tokyo Tower from the lobby; otherwise, there's nothing particularly special about it. The staff were quite friendly. Despite me not speaking Japanese or English, the front desk used a translation device to communicate, making the check-in process very smooth. Given that it's Ginza, Tokyo, where space is at a premium, the room size was actually quite decent. Disposable slippers need to be requested from the front desk, while disposable toiletries are available for self-collection by the elevator. The toilet in my room didn't have an automatic flush function, and I'm unsure if this was the case for other rooms. Moreover, the flush was incredibly loud – loud enough to definitely wake up anyone sleeping if you used it in the middle of the night. Additionally, there were loud motorbikes passing by at night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend contacting the hotel in advance to request a quieter room.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were comprehensive, and most importantly, the hotel boasts an excellent location. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and English communication was seamless. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I loved my stay at this hotel, and the room was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you could need, bottles of water and pyjamas were provided. The view of the city was fantastic! The staff were professional and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, about 6 minutes walk to a station with many lines and a couple of blocks away from the main Ginza shopping streets. I didn't try the bar or restaurant but they seemed liked by guests.

I booked a 25 sqm twin room, which was perfectly spacious and ideal. The location in Ginza is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. You can even see Tokyo Tower from the hotel. What's more, there's a direct bus to Narita Airport right behind the hotel. The only minor drawback was the lack of a washing machine and dryer, which made the price feel a bit on the higher side.

The hotel lobby is stunning, with a minimalist design on the 16th floor where you can enjoy views of Tokyo Tower. The location is excellent, not far from Ginza and within walking distance. It's also very close to Shimbashi subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Tsukiji Fish Market and Odaiba via the Yurikamome Line. Plus, Don Quijote is right next door. The rooms are quite good for a city-center hotel, they even come with a bathtub, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Highly recommended!

A direct bus from Narita Airport gets you to the hotel entrance in about 1.5 hours. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable – Don Quijote is right downstairs, and you'll find FamilyMart and 7-Eleven convenience stores right next door. Ginza is just a ten-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. For such a prime, high-value location, the room itself is impressive: it features a separate wet and dry bathroom area and ample space to open two 28-inch suitcases. The staff were also very good. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Is a beautiful hotel with Don Quijote just across, Natural Lawson at ground level and next street, there is Family Mart and 7-11. Is about 5-10 min walk to subway and train stations. Also walking distance to Ginza shopping area. Room is spacious where we can open up 1 luggage comfortably. There’s a sofa and the view of Sumida River could be seen from our room. What we really like is the airport bus just stop at entrance of the hotel. We arrive and depart from there. No need to go lug our bags in subway. We also tried the breakfast on last day… so worth it. Overall, I would stay there again if ever in Tokyo. Oh, you can also see Tokyo sky tower from the lobby.

Ginza's best view, great breakfast and friendly staff. Easy to go anywhere.
