Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre Reviews

The room was spacious and the access was really good to everywhere.

Average stay, room and facilities would benefit from an uplift. Check-in service and lobby service is good, post stay I needed to contact the hotel and that was a different story, not easy to contact and slow.

Pleased with my stay. Excellent for shopping, and the subway is directly connected to Eaton.

Staff not friendly, awful food, very limited choices even for breakfast or dinner. Don’t book here, very expensive food and boring hotel.

Room service was amazing and the housekeeping team did a great job everyday. Loved my visit here.

The service at this hotel was truly frustrating. First, we were informed that our two rooms couldn't be on the same floor. If we insisted on being on the same floor, we'd have to settle for a room with a significantly worse view. Ironically, the room we were given, which supposedly had a good view, turned out to be an accessible room that only had one chair. I called room service to request an additional chair, and they agreed promptly. However, the chair never arrived, not even by the time we checked out. I can't help but wonder if these common ploys are because bookings made through platforms like Ctrip aren't well-regarded.

Extremely satisfied. It's right in downtown, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, which was incredibly convenient.

Older but will main hotel in downtown Toronto. Great location. 

Staffs were friendly and helpful, we got upgraded to a large suite. The room was huge which was very nice since we travelled with a young kid so he could run around. Plus, we got a lot of luggages since we travelled from far away and planned to stay for more than 2 weeks in Canada.

Great experience at a Marriott Hotel once again. Super convenient location, nice array in the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious too, so overall a good experience.

Great location and pool! Housekeeping was poor- didn’t take out garbage, replace soap, sheets were too small, bedspread too thin, beds poorly made and way too small for two sleepers.
