Checked in, after showing the Ctrip order, they said they couldn't find the order After contacting the Black Diamond customer service, the check-in time was nearly an hour with no one waiting in line, low efficiency and poor service

I stayed here because there were no other hotels close to my business trip. It's a good hotel compared to other nearby places. The restaurant's food service is quite slow, so you should visit with plenty of time to spare.

A peaceful stay in a beautiful hotel. The waiting staff were so attentive, especially Mithunaraj- he went out of his way to ensure we were well catered to and was so polite and professional and friendly. All the staff we so approachable and polite with smiley faces. Rooms were huge and really enjoyed the built in jacuzzi. A nice suprise that the staff cleaned our room so well each morning and left it smelling heavenly! Only issue was due to not having enough guests in the hotel, we they didnt do a buffet lunch or dinner. The alacarte options were not al lot. The breakfast buffet options were repetitive and some were old and dry. But the chef that cooked the seafood platter did an amazing job, perfection!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was affordable and of good quality. Breakfast was included and you get a lot included with the room.

We went to the Amaranthe Bay Resort during our Honeymoon travel, but de wouldn't expect the hotel to be so kind, they even recreate a Sri Lankan Wedding for us, we won't forget our stay there. In the same way I would recomend also Dhana Travels /Umesh galappaththiwaduge as we had a very professional transfer Who also helped to move around.

It was a fantastic experience for me and my wifey at the Amaranthe Bay Resort. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist, Keerthana, greeted us warmly, guided us to our room, and explained everything clearly. She was very professional and polite, giving us an amazing first impression. We absolutely loved our room and decided to extend our stay for another day, making it a total of two nights. During check-out, Keerthana was at the desk again, and she was genuinely excited to see us and assisted us with everything smoothly. All the room service staff and restaurant team members were professional, friendly, and attentive. Overall, we would rate our entire experience a solid 5/5 🔥 — truly a memorable stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by a jacuzzi room upgrade, which made our stay even more luxurious. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, full of lush greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless and tidy throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, both western and local, and the dinner buffet was equally impressive. We also enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage at the spa. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly (especially Atjeef, Kirujan, and Mithu) — always smiling and ready to help with anything. A special shout-out to the wonderful manager Mayuran, who went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way — from arranging a hairdresser to organizing tours like the trip to Pigeon Island and beach transfers. He’s a true gem! It’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far, and would love to come back one day!

Wow! This is an amazing hotel in every way. The hotel is so serene and the setting on the lagoon is magical. It is so peaceful and quiet. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The amenities in the room are also excellent. The staff make this hotel, from the manager and chef who popped over to ask how things were to all of the bar and waiting staff. Of particular note is Mithunraj who served us with such attention, detail and pride every meal time. He is a true asset to the hotel. Also in the restaurant, Kirujan, Sangeeth, Naresh and Athef - their English and care was superb. The pool was lovely and the bar area is so relaxing. Finally the food - we stayed here for 3 nights and had breakfast and a 4 course evening meal each day and the choice and quality of the food was superb. Tasty, imaginative and very well presented. There was no need to go outside for food. Overall, we cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and we are ourselves in the hospitality business.
