Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

Perfect experience. The largest suite I've stayed in at the same price in Europe in the past decade. As expected of Turin, the service is perfect. Low-key luxury without ostentation, and it also has a relaxing feeling with cost-effectiveness. Perfect score!

The location is behind the commercial street, which is very convenient for shopping. There are few restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you need to walk a little. The design of the hotel itself is quite good, with a sense of quality. The room is also very spacious, and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the window. But the only drawback is the bathroom. The shower room cannot block the water, and it is easy to make the whole bathroom full of water, which is quite embarrassing.

The room is smaller than the photo, the facilities are old, and the front desk staff is indifferent. Moreover, the price management is chaotic. I booked a room for more than 1,700 RMB, and the hotel marked it as "the last room". Within 2 seconds after I booked it, the hotel reduced the price of the same room to 1,400 RMB, and it also showed "the last room". The hotel argued that this was the price for one person, but before that, there was no warning at all. Moreover, there was no explanation why there were two "last rooms".
