I have a good view at my room balcony. Even can see hot balloon in the early morning. Breakfast buffet also have many choices. Friendly staff

Hotel was beautiful worth an amazing view. It's a little dated. It could do with some upgrades and it would be epic. There was an event booked out for a Chinese festival. The whole pool area was set to a stage which ruined the vibe. We should have been warned about this. They also woke us up when we tried to sleep early to wake up for the balloons by singing dua lipa loudly on the microphone at 10pm

The room is not so clean when we arrived. The hotel Is quite old and the pool is empty. So, there is not a good view from my balcony. The staffs are very helpful especially Mr. Mustafa. Thank you again for your help. However the view from the dining room is amazing.

Hotel was stunning so big and clean and quiet. However the location wasn’t the best, the little town of Uchisar is gorgeous that it is situated in but the main town of Goreme is a good 15/20 minute drive away. The breakfast was lovely lots to choose from however I asked about evening meal to which I was told it’s 650 lira for one person and that is without your drinks 😱 we went out each night for food and spent only 150-300 for both of us to eat instead. Overall this hotel was perfect to stay at for a couple of days the pool area was good and well maintained. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Generally speaking, it was good. The staff at the reception were friendly, but that girl with glasses did not deserve to work there. She was really bad. I hope she doesn't stay there for long.

I was arranged to stay in a corner room. The balcony has a beautiful view when the door is opened. The service staff are all very nice. I booked this hotel on the day of my walk-in, but the price quoted by the counter staff was higher than that of trip.com and they said it was a special price for trip.com. So I booked the room with trip.com instead.

The room is too small to fit a suitcase.

Breakfast and dinner, lots of fruits and desserts. There are also lots of nuts. The 3rd floor is the first floor, the 2nd floor is the minus 1 floor, and the 1st floor is the minus 2 floor. The room has a view of Uchisa! Stayed for 2 days, my only regret was not flying a hot air balloon!
