Everything was fine, except for the fact that they gave us a room with two beds when the previous information indicated it was only one bed. It's a bit far from the center, but the road is easy, and the service from everyone was very good.

It meets all the comfort requirements for a business trip. Good parking and a convenient location for getting around.

We reported that the sink was clogged and unusable, and they did nothing to fix it or relocate us to another room. We have filed a written complaint with the hotel. Thank you.

Outside the city center, but very well connected to the city center and the exit. Very good service, and there's city parking nearby, in addition to the hotel's own parking.

Good hotel with easy and free parking next door. It is about a 25-minute walk from Plaza Mayor, so the best option is to go by car and use the excellent underground car park in the square.

They don't let you cancel, not even for emergencies. In short, I won't stay here again or buy from that site. Zero customer service.
