Nice location. From Venezia we took a waterbus to Zatteri Stop, then its only 200 meters to the hotel. Staffs are friendly qnd very welcoming, accomodating during our breakfast. This is really a great hotel experience.

Location is great, close to the Accademia and near 2 vaporetto stops but still quiet. Room was fine - if anything, slightly larger than the Venetian average. The breakfast room was uncomfortably crowded.

Do not recommend this hotel, very lousy service, went back and forth with the hotel over payment issues. I recommend staying somewhere else. If you are visiting venice for a day, there is no need to stay within venice as there are water taxis into the city every 10 mins or so. If you do need to stay in venice, thinking of a few days, then find some other hotel because this is not it..

BE AWARE AND CHECK FOR BED BUGS This hotel was good only for the location. We found bed bugs, and bed bug stains in the first room that we were given. Thank god that we checked our room prior to sleeping there. The hotel staff then moved us to a smaller room without a view, and were extremely short and dismissive with us. We contacted Trip.com about our experience and they were not able to get us any form of partial refund or compensation from the hotel. After some back and forth with them we were given $70.

Excellent experience. Very near to the most of Venice sightseeings. Hospitable quiet and clean environment. Value for money. Highly recommended

hotel facilities are a bit old and worn out they have a cleaning service every day but I don't think they clean the bed cover and the carpets (flooring) every day the location is really good as it's near to the pier of the water bus linking to the tourist attractions I had a stay with breakfast included, however, the hotel did not have sufficient seats that I have to wait for seats and the food is not enough for everybody that one time, I have almost nothing to eat (it operates 7-10 am and I arrived there 930am that time)

Wonderful location

In terms of location, it's far from the station. Venice has a lot of stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage it's difficult to walk. You'll probably have to take a ferry. But other than that it's perfect. It's close to the Accademia Bridge and about a 10-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The staff are friendly, and there is an elevator and a lobby. The breakfast is good enough for the price. I'd like to use it again if I come to Venice.

Although it is a historic hotel, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, amenities are available, and the breakfast was amazing! It's located in the city center, so it's easy to get around. There was a problem with the hot water on the day of my stay, so I'll give it a minus 1, but it is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Grand Canal and the edge of the island part of Venice. Nearby you could take an excursion to the islands of Murano Burano. Nearby vaporetto stops. Very clean, friendly hotel staff, always ready to answer your questions and help. I will gladly stay again

The hotel is good, there is an elevator, a bar opposite the reception, and a seating area outside. The beds are good, the rooms are clean. Of the moments, they check in only exactly on time, but you can leave your things and wait or take a walk. I think it's a good option for Venice.

Very good hotel, will come again next time.
