First of all, the service attitude of the hotel reception staff was very good and warm. They also gave us stewed apples on the day of check-in. Secondly, the hotel environment is very good, with a beautiful activity hall, a convenient laundry room, unlimited mineral water, and comfortable and clean rooms. I recommend it!

I went to Yantai to run the marathon and booked this hotel, which is very close to Yantai Station and the starting point (Binhai Square). We arrived at the hotel a little after noon on the 18th and checked in directly. The front desk gentleman (who seemed to be the manager), noticing we were participating in the marathon, offered to extend our checkout time for the next day (which was a great touch!) and asked us to add the hotel front desk on WeChat and let them know if we needed a later checkout. There were plenty of bottles of mineral water on the coffee table in the elevator lobby (Figure 9) for guests to help themselves. The room was also spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a convenient smart toilet. The disposable toiletries and slippers provided were also of high quality. The mattress was very comfortable, with the perfect firmness. Both down and memory foam pillows (?) were provided, allowing guests to choose according to their preferences. The bedding was also very comfortable. The room was not only smoke-free but also had a light fragrance. The only downside was that Room 611 didn't have a bedside control panel. Before going to bed, I had to go to the door to turn it off and then crawl into bed in the dark. However, the flaws outweigh the merits, and the overall stay was excellent. Highly recommended. P.S. The lady on the night shift on the 18th was very helpful and helpful, and deserves praise. 👍

There's parking in front and in the backyard. The lobby reception is compact, with drinks and snacks available for self-service. The hallway carpet has many spills. The room ceilings are low, making it a bit depressing. The windows are small, and while closing them does block out street noise, the soundproofing between rooms is very, very poor. It's incredibly loud. It's recommended for couples, not for those with children. The sink is open, and the body lotion has a small seal, but it appeared to have been unscrewed. The bathroom has a smart toilet. Breakfast is quite plentiful, with wontons, noodles, vegetables, stir-fries, fried eggs, fruit, and juice. The service makes up for some of the shortcomings in the amenities, with a small check-in and check-out gift provided. The staff are very nice.

The room is in a good location, but it's a little stuffy. I hope it can be improved. The breakfast is good and delicious.

The service at the pavilion is good, the rooms are clean, and there are free fruits. I will come back to stay if I have the chance.

There's a small living room at the entrance, followed by a wash area, and then the bed and window. The bedding was excellent, and the pillows were very comfortable. I want to praise the breakfast, as we arrived early and planned to just grab a bite, but I didn't expect it to be so comprehensive. 👍🏻 Besides the standard breakfast, they offer innovative options like pre-made sandwiches, glutinous rice cakes, and fried dumplings. The meat dishes are so filling, they could easily be lunch if you arrive late, hahaha. The service was excellent, too. The front desk ladies were also very nice, and even gave us a lacquer fan to stamp upon arrival!

The surroundings are also very nice, just a three-minute walk from the business district. Hospitals and pharmacies are also very conveniently located. The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from Yantai Station. The entire check-in process was very smooth, and the service was excellent. Recommended. Excellent value for money. A quality stay.

Environment: Located in a relatively downtown location, the night view is very beautiful, convenient transportation around, and everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun. Service: The lady at the front desk gave me a toiletries bag when I checked in, and there were face towels, dental floss, and disinfectant wipes that girls needed. Finally!
