The bed was comfortable, the environment was excellent, and the room had great natural light. It was equipped with a desk and a dedicated workspace, which was very convenient, and it was also incredibly quiet. The service was enthusiastic and thoughtful! A truly great hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The lobby is impressively luxurious, possibly indicating a significant, perhaps state-backed, investment. However, the facilities generally feel quite dated, suggesting it's been a while since the last refurbishment. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for transportation, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We appreciated the spacious rooms and bathrooms. Ample drinking water was provided, and a nice touch was the complimentary evening porridge, with yogurt also offered on the first night. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the views from the window were excellent.

The hotel lobby is grand and nice. The room is spacious. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is good. They gave a parting gift, which is appreciated.

This is probably the best looking hotel we have visited during our first travels through China. Compared to what we are used to in Sweden and Europe, this was on a whole other level, standard wise🔥🤙 The service and staff was excellent! The service staff was really cute and left us yoghurt and fruit as gifts every day. We tried our best to thank them in Chinese writing after we checked out! The Manager was very helpful and made sure we visited the best places with tailored excursions. Even though we did not visit the famous nature reserve, due to us being afraid of heights 🙈 we had the best days visiting other places and enjoying the town. We will 100% come back when we get the chance in the future 🥰🥰

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Luo Bin very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

The hotel is very big and looks like been existing for ages , and many tour groups stay here . Staff is not as welcoming as they are too busy serving big groups of tours . Luckily we have the front desk service manager Alex who added my WeChat and I was able to communicate with him on any issues or questions. Hotel is located in the quieter part of Zhangjiajie city so a bit far from the city centre around 15min to downtown and about 28mins to Railway station west

Great service, they take care of you at each time promptly satisfying every request at any hour, even at night time. I also used the laundry service and it was great and well executed. With a taxi you can reach any place in 15 minutes

Room is so large and comfort especially the bath shower room, but the swimming pool and gym room need to improve, dinner room and food quality were good, but food quantity of chicken hot-pot in compare to price need improve, Manager Mr.熊佳坪 had helped me a lot in contact my next hotel and the taxi to there when I checked out.

The checkin process was easy and all staffs were so helpful. Room was clean and huge. We really grateful we chose this hotel for our stay. Will def come back for sure.

I had an excellent experience, thanks to Yang Zhang specifically — as well as other wonderful and helpful staff. From a smooth late check in met with friendly faces, to helping me get another phone charger late at night. All around, my experience here was perfect. Thank you very much, Sunshine Hotel, you made my experience in Zhangjiajie memorable. A clean, comfortable place to sleep, right by Tianmen Mountain and the Railway Station. And thanks again to Yang Zhang.

Stylish and cozy room, very service minded and friendly staff. Common areas and restaurant felt a bit empty. Rich breakfast buffet. We give best recommendation for the tourist manager Li Dan. She organised the best 3 day program we could have wished. She understood our needs, gave very professionell honest recommendations and booked guide and chauffeur that met our specific expectations. Top performance for a decent price.
