The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel's location is very convenient. You can walk directly to Lovers' Road from the side entrance. All hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone, from the greeters to the front desk, customer service, and restaurant staff, provided very warm and attentive service. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the price was also very reasonable.

Squeezing in this review. A belated note on our stay at Zhuhai Marriott Hotel Jinjun Grandview, Lovers' Road, Xianglu Bay Beach branch. This was our second stay here; we also chose this hotel when we visited Zhuhai for the Spring Festival in 2023. We were very satisfied then, and this time was no different. Last time, it happened to be Harry's birthday. After informing the hotel, the housekeeping team delivered a beautiful and delicious birthday cake as a surprise. This time, it was our 11th wedding anniversary, and the hotel arranged special anniversary decorations for us. Our flight was delayed by two hours, and our Didi driver was a novice, only driving 70 km/h on the highway. It was also Qixi Festival that day, so many couples were checking in. Despite these hiccups, the hotel had already turned on the AC and the lighting and ambiance were perfect upon our arrival. We truly appreciate their thoughtfulness! 🙏💖 We particularly appreciate the consistent Marriott decor across properties; the familiarity makes it feel like coming home, allowing us both to fully relax and get a good rest. We checked in at 10:40 PM that day. Still feeling energetic, and knowing we'd need to sanitize the bathtub anyway, we decided to hit the gym on the sixth floor. Unfortunately, there were no yoga balls. Otherwise, I could have done one of Liu Genghong's fitness routines, which is always fun and energizing. With limited space at home, I usually do these workouts at a professional gym or a hotel gym. It was a pity I couldn't do it this time. I hope the management considers adding equipment like yoga balls. I did some arm and core exercises, feeling satisfied afterwards. We then went back to the room for a bath and a good night's sleep. The next day, we ventured into Macau, leaving early in the morning and not returning until 11 PM. Feeling quite tired, we skipped the gym, took a bath, and went straight to bed. The latex pillows were excellent. We requested them beforehand, and the housekeeping team delivered them directly to our room. They were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. On the third day, we indulged in our go-to activity. Reflecting our Northeast Chinese customs, we especially love that this hotel, located near the old Zhuhai campus of Jinan University, has added a sauna to the pool changing rooms – we absolutely adore it! After a day of intense exploration in Macau, covering over 20,000 steps, a sauna session was definitely needed to unwind. And indeed, the early bird catches the worm; we had the sauna all to ourselves, which was fantastic! He was in the men's section, and I was in the women's, communicating via phone. I don't like it too intense, so I set my session to a maximum of 47°C, though the room itself reached up to 52°C, which was perfectly comfortable. Harry also had a good, thorough sweat. After 45 minutes, we rinsed off, met up, returned to our room to pack, and checked out. This Marriott is located halfway up a hill, with Jiuzhou City (a shopping and entertainment complex) just below. There are many bus routes, all costing just 1 RMB, and taxis are readily available. Across the street is Haibin Park, a large and beautiful recreational spot for locals. The public beach is just a 15-minute walk away. Of course, Zhuhai's sea is known for its yellowish-grey color, but that never stops us from enjoying a stroll along the shore, listening to the waves, and taking in the ocean views. Zhuhai is definitely worth revisiting, and next time, we'll certainly be staying here again! 😉💖

Excellent! We checked in quite late at night, and the kids were so exhausted they didn't wake up until past 9 AM, causing us to miss breakfast. However, a wonderful staff member was incredibly accommodating and arranged for the kitchen to prepare three bowls of noodles for us. They even brought us a selection of cakes later on. We're truly thankful!

We had a very satisfying stay. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were quite spacious. The kids especially enjoyed the bathtub. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and our children had a blast playing there. It's conveniently located very close to the seaside park beach, just a ten-minute walk away. For added convenience, you can easily rent shared bikes nearby (by scanning a QR code) and reach the 'Fisher Girl' statue in just a few minutes. The breakfast was also excellent and offered a wide variety. A big thank you to Winnie from the front desk for her attentive and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, which was a bit late, the front desk didn't mention a word about the sauna included in my package, so I planned to inquire about it the next day. However, as soon as I entered the room, I immediately noticed dried splatters of brown or reddish liquid in the bathtub. I called the front desk, and they didn't even apologize, simply stating, 'We'll send housekeeping over now.' A cleaner came to wipe it, and when I pressed her about the issue, she casually remarked, 'Oh, it might just be mud splashed from a mop.' I mean, why would hotel housekeeping cleaning a guest room leave behind mud? It was only when she saw my irritation that she finally offered an apology. I don't want to be difficult or blame individual staff, but for a hotel of this star rating, such hygiene standards and service are completely unacceptable.

We arrived quite early, between 4 and 5 AM. Even though we had booked the room for the 21st, we were told we had to pay for the previous night due to the very early check-in. However, they did offer a late check-out until 2 PM, which was a nice compromise. The room amenities were acceptable, but there was no ashtray, and we had to fit the trash bags into the bins ourselves. Upon returning from the beach barefoot, the front desk staff kindly offered to get me a pair of slippers. The breakfast experience was quite confusing. Initially, they couldn't find our booking for two people, only one, which was rather awkward. After I had already finished my meal, they finally confirmed that breakfast was included for both of us, allowing my friend to eventually get their food. Regarding the slippers, I had to follow up later, and I was told they had already been placed in my room. Yet, a female staff member at the front desk was still asking why the slippers hadn't been taken, insisting they had been put in my room, which clearly indicated a mix-up.

The service was excellent. They proactively upgraded our room, and every staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us and being very friendly towards children. The location is excellent. It's not far from the Hong Kong-Macau Port and Gongbei Port. The Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue and Jingshan Park are nearby, and it's also close to the Zhuhai Opera House. Plus, there's City Balcony for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Overall, the transportation, surroundings, and service are all very good. The facilities are a bit dated; the bed in my room creaked when I moved, but it didn't disturb my rest. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I'd recommend staying here if you visit Zhuhai.

My recent stay at the Zhuhai Marriott was excellent, and the service truly renewed my positive impression of the Marriott brand. Later, a minor issue concerning some items led to a communication challenge. However, it was precisely how they handled this communication that impressed me deeply; they truly went above and beyond, unlike other hotels that often just rely on standard, canned responses. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhuhai.

Winnie Chen provided outstanding service. She was incredibly attentive and warm, helping me analyze and choose the best room type that suited my needs and offered great value for money. She truly understands what guests are looking for and goes out of her way to assist them. Whenever I asked staff for itinerary advice, I received excellent and practical recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. The room was fantastic, offering a wide, open view of the mountains from the window. The location is excellent, very close to major attractions like the Love Post Office and Sun & Moon Bay. The front desk staff even recommended the city sightseeing bus, which costs only 30 yuan for a full day of unlimited rides. I took it and enjoyed breathtaking sea views along the coastline. The exclusive steam room and massage pool were a lifesaver. After a tiring day of travel, a soak in the massage pool truly helped melt away my fatigue. The room was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned it daily, replenishing toiletries and bottled water. Overall, I had an incredibly value-for-money stay! I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Zhuhai.

The very first time we went to Marriott Zhuhai for celebrated our anniversary staycation. Staffs are very friendly welcoming and sweet to decorated our room with LOVE . It’s amazed us with a lovely card from the house keeping team Sherry. The one and only worst is because the shower head has a damaged and was injured my palm right in holding it. It could be very dangerous and triggering bacteria leading to inflection. Issues have been feedback to the front office men staff whenever we check out.

For my daughter’s birthday this year ,me and my husband decided to celebrate and we booked at Zhuhai Marriott Hotel .Lobby was big and with beautiful decors.When we entered the room my daughter was so happy to see Minnie mouse and Mickey mouse stuff toy placed on the bed.My son also ran right away inside the play tent.Balloons and birthday card was on the bed too.Room was big enough for my family with 2 kids.Birthday cake was also given to us and my daughter was surprised by it.Swimming pool was okay ,nothing special.We enjoyed staying here.We will surely come back some other time.

I was very pleased with both the hotel's atmosphere and service. A few days before check-in, they even called to ask about my preferences, which was a nice touch. Since I booked a sea view room, my expectations for the window clarity were perhaps a bit higher. It would have been even more perfect if the glass had been a little cleaner or more transparent. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I get the chance to return.
