**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!**
My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you.
The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation.
Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)
Spent three days and two nights in Macau. Our first day was in Taipa. From the main entrance of Studio City, you can take bus 102X directly to Legend Palace. After getting off, just cross the footbridge. The fare should be 6 MOP per person. You can buy something at Don Quijote inside Studio City to get some small change for the bus, or you can take The Parisian's complimentary shuttle to the central area. On the return trip, the first stop is Sands, which is less than a 10-minute walk away.
Let me explain why we chose Legend Palace. Hotels in Taipa simply don't offer the same value for money. Perhaps because I booked through Ctrip, the front desk gave us a complimentary room upgrade. All the toiletries were L'Occitane, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The shower water pressure was also better than at Studio City. If the weather cooperates, you're guaranteed a spectacular sunset sea view.
Check-in was seamless, with no queues or crowds. Seafood prices here are also relatively cheaper compared to Taipa. Ordering takeout via 'Aomi' (a local food delivery app) was very convenient. For transportation, you can use the shuttle bus from the Sands hotel directly opposite, or try out the public bus system. Within walking distance, you can visit the Fisherman's Wharf, and if you walk a bit further, you can reach the Handover Gifts Museum of Macau. The service staff weren't as flashy or overly enthusiastic as some in Taipa, but their standard of service was still excellent. If our return flights hadn't already been booked, we definitely would have extended our stay for another day!
From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience !
The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests.
Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary.
To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm.
The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste.
Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories.
Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm.
We will be back. Bravo Londoner Guest Relations Team ❤️👍👌🙏
The traffic flow in the hotel was very high; hard to get the staff’s attention or flag for help. Fontana was no longer serving lunch or dinner buffet. Instead a summer Italian a la carte menu was available. Food was decent. Cleanliness level wS not always up to our except actions and the service was delayed.
This hotel is in a DESPERATE need of renovation.
Pros:
1. Breakfast was nice. Mostly western.
2. Nice view from the balcony and swimming pool.
3. Good if you want to go on a hike. Remote, quiet location.
Cons:
1. As you can see from the photos, the rooms are literally falling apart. Which was not a nice experience.
2. If you have a heavy luggage, it will not be suitable for you, because the path to the hotel is challenging, as well as there are no elevators, so you’ll have to carry your luggage.
3. I stayed for two days, and they didn’t even attempt to clean my room. Even thought I was out from 8am to 3pm.
If they would renovate it, it would be a gem. But for now a solid 5/10
This is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff!
Also the location is super convenient.
It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.
Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time.
We stayed at the higher floor and gave us a really good view of the hotel. All my request for my family was accomodate to my liking. The place was clean and pleasant.
The staffs are friendly specially Edward who helped us since day 1.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an amazing stay at The Studio City Hotel! The lobby was beautiful, and the staff welcomed me with smiles and sweet popcorn snacks.
Our room was comfy and stylish, with a great view of the water park. I loved the spacious twin beds where my kids and I slept.
Dining was a delight! The restaurant had a fantastic menu, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with fresh fruits and pastries.
The Water Park was amazing! Though a little bit pricey, my kids enjoyed everything. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing.
Overall, The Studio City Hotel provided an outstanding experience with excellent service. I can't wait to return!

I would highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. 👍👍👍
SSiew KiatReasonably priced at good location on Macau side. Amole taxis available at the driveway of the hotel. Good Cha Chan Tang located in the lobby offering assorted noodles, rice and bread for breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner. Many entries and shops around the hotel location. So everything is walking distance.
GGuest UserAfter looking at many hotels, we finally decided on this one, and it perfectly matched its description. It offered fantastic value for money and a wonderful overall experience. For our family trip, the rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. The hotel also boasts great facilities like a swimming pool and a restaurant, which thoroughly pleased every member of our family, from young to old. The service was exceptionally attentive, and all the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Its location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside the entrance and the Sands Casino directly opposite. It's also very close to major attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf, the Science Center, the Grand Prix Museum, and the MGM Museum. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Macau.
NNaif alrajhiGreat experience overall, but the only thing we didn’t like the room service is very slow and the hotel is really crowded.
Cynthia was very helpful , we had small issue and she deal with it in professional way and we really appreciated her kindness
GGuest UserThe service was very good. They took the initiative to take the guests to the room with their luggage and introduced the room information. The double bed was very large and it was not crowded at all with the children. The scenery was beautiful and the location was very good. However, there was no special seat for guests in the lobby. There was a queue and check-in process. There was no place for the accompanying personnel to sit and rest.
TTravel KoalamenGood location, and the smooth check in and out. The staff is consider friendly in Macau. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. The cleaning lady at level 8 is also very helpful.
Luggage storage is big help, so I don’t have to carry my luggage around at the bumpy road. 😬
MM.A.C.Amazing hospitality of the staffs from the reception (alice) and the ambassadress (diane), the joyful vibes of each of them. The housekeeping (lorence) who really make effort to help us bring somethings to the room even its not his work, greetings and welcoming vibes. Thankyou galaxy for the amazing experience , a luxurious hotel indeed! From The Grand Resort Deck and Galaxy kids edutainment a very high recommended for family. You dont get bored, everything is exciting and amazing. Thankyou again for all the amenities and effort. Till our next visit.
GGuest UserThe hotel was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. There were several USB charging ports by the bed, and the power outlets were compatible with Chinese plugs. I accidentally booked the room under my friend's name online, which caused quite a headache as the reservation couldn't be canceled or modified. Fortunately, after contacting customer service, they were eventually able to add my name to the reservation.
FFull of wandersA 3D2N getaway. Convenient to Taipa Village. Nice room and bathroom is luxuries and vintage(the batheroom floor tiles are so pretty shell pieces.. Its quiet because half of the hotel is having a reno hence the price is low. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. 👍👍👍
