GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The location was easy to find and very close to shopping areas and attractions. As soon as I entered the room, there were no strange odors, and the floors and bathroom were spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in quickly, responding promptly to any requests I had. The hotel's common areas were clean and quiet, with excellent facilities, all at a great price. It's my top choice for travel accommodations, I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book here again for my next trip!

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

AAnonymous UserTotally regretting for booking only 1 night in this fabulous accommodation. Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!
GGuest UserI planned a short solo getaway to clear my head, and I was quite anxious before leaving, worried about running into trouble traveling alone. To my surprise, staying at this hotel completely cured all my anxieties. It was late when I arrived, and as I stood at the entrance with my luggage, the front desk staff was incredibly attentive. Seeing I was traveling alone, they proactively slowed their speech to explain nearby routes and even thoughtfully offered me warm water, reminding me to be careful if I walked around at night.
The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with soft lighting and cozy, skin-friendly bedding. After a long day of travel, I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down. The toiletries were high-quality, and the hot water came out quickly and consistently. There was even a small table and chairs by the window. At night, I brewed some tea I brought with me and gazed at the street scene outside, fully enjoying the relaxed feeling of solitude.
Every time the cleaning staff passed by, they would softly greet me. Their cleaning was meticulous and thorough, and they replenished drinking water and tissues without me having to ask. The hotel's location is very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district and attractions, so I didn't need to bother with taxis, which made traveling alone very hassle-free.
I traveled without a companion on this trip, and I initially thought it would be lonely and dull. However, the meticulous and thoughtful service at this hotel added so much warmth. There was no overly commercialized attempt to please; it was all just the right amount of genuine care, making me feel incredibly safe. If I ever go on another solo trip to relax, I will definitely choose this place again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling alone who wants a quiet and comfortable place to stay.
GGuest UserI chose this guesthouse because I've recently been getting into mindfulness meditation. The concept of a 'meditation hotel under the snow-capped mountains' really resonated with me. The person who came up with this idea is a lovely woman who also owns the hotel. It's a shame I didn't get to meet her during my two-day stay, but I was lucky enough to be there during a heavy snowfall. It snowed at night and cleared up during the day. Some people wait a whole year for snow and don't get it, yet we stumbled upon it. On the flip side, some travelers came during bad weather and couldn't even see the snow-capped mountains.
I recall a quote in the guesthouse's elevator that said, 'Meet the snow-capped mountain in your heart.' In truth, the mountain is already within us, yet people are always searching for the one they can see with their eyes.
This guesthouse offers every convenience you could possibly imagine, and then some. I won't list them all here, but I urge my friends to choose this guesthouse without hesitation.

GGuest UserThe owner is super nice! There's also an adorable little dog named ”Huahua” who is incredibly gentle and not afraid of people. She even does targeted 'fan service' – absolutely adorable!!!
The guesthouse is very close to the entrance of Changping Valley Scenic Area. The surrounding infrastructure is excellent, with supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby.
The guesthouse facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are very clean. Plus, they have underfloor heating and free oxygen bags, so we slept incredibly comfortably at night! The first floor has a restaurant and a bar, beautifully decorated – perfect for taking photos, haha.
The yak hotpot is also amazing, delicious and great value for money. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation nearby. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and tasted delicious. The next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserAbsolutely thrilled! The price was great, and the location was super convenient! The whole hotel had a really 'Instagrammable' vibe. My friend and I were both extremely happy with our stay! It's about a 10-minute walk to IFS Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and there are tons of amazing food options nearby. The breakfast was also delicious and so cute – loved it!
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy. It's only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the subway station. They even thoughtfully prepared some small gifts like hair ties and clips. It was also very convenient to get to the Panda Base the next morning; there's an electric tricycle right outside that takes you there for ten yuan, saving a lot of travel time.

MM637684****We booked a quad room, and the service was excellent! The only thing that could be improved is the hot water for the shower; it wasn't hot enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. A big thank you to the front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, for their superb service.
