The hotel's location is super convenient, right on Line 2 of the subway, and the views from the 51st floor are amazing! It's also really close to all the city's main attractions. I loved the thoughtful touches like the individually wrapped bath towels and toilet seat covers. But my absolute favorite was the sound system – the audio quality was fantastic!

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.

This hotel feels more like a guesthouse. I booked a twin room with a friend, and we both thought it was pretty good. The service was excellent, the tea was delicious, and they even had incense for Buddhist prayers. We took two when we left, haha! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

However, apart from that, the room's hygiene was satisfactory. What surprised me the most were the bed and sheets! The material felt incredibly smooth and soft, providing an excellent sleeping experience – almost the best night's sleep I've had on this trip. Anyone who appreciates high-quality bedding will be very pleased. The bathrobe was also a huge plus. The plush texture was incredibly comfortable, and wearing it to relax in the air-conditioned room or even as sleepwear was very cozy, making you feel right at home. I stayed on the 34th floor, and the windows were spotlessly clean, offering a wide, unobstructed view. Enjoying the city nightscape in the evening was particularly beautiful, with sparkling lights – absolutely worth it. While some wall surfaces in the room and bathroom fixtures showed a bit of age, and there were slight signs of wear in a few corners, overall, the spectacular view, convenient location, and excellent service completely made up for these minor flaws. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to 9th Street, making it perfect for travelers who enjoy nightlife, bars, or evening activities, with many popular spots within walking distance. I must also give a special shout-out to the concierge and front desk service team. The staff, especially the female members, were all very kind, enthusiastic, and eager to help. They not only assisted with laundry service but also helped deliver my online shopping packages and food delivery to the room. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, truly making me feel at home. What I particularly liked was that the hotel provided laundry service instead of making guests use self-service washing machines, which was a very thoughtful touch and significantly enhanced the stay experience. However, there are a few things to note. There are several sets of stairs from the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you're carrying large luggage, you might need to put in some effort to carry it up. It's advisable to be prepared for this before checking in. Additionally, the room interior features a multi-level design with steps in some areas. For someone like me who can be a bit forgetful and prone to zoning out when getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, extra caution is needed regarding footing. I accidentally stumbled several times when going to the bathroom at night 🤣. While the design is unique, guests with mobility issues or those prone to tripping might need to be extra careful. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent service, outstanding views, and a convenient location. Although some of the hardware facilities show signs of age, and there are stairs and indoor steps to be aware of, the attentive service team, comfortable bedding, stunning night views, and superb location made it feel very worthwhile. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit this city!

Beautiful authentic hotel 😍😍😍 I absolutely loved those wooden decorations and style 🥰 The hotel stuff was great 😊 unfortunately, I can not give the highest grade because during my stay there were some reconstruction works going on (they stated early so I couldn’t sleep in the morning when I wasn’t feeling well🥹). Also, my room was next to a non-living room where something was buzzing… The location is great, I certainly recommend this location comparing to Tianfu square hotels, really, it’s way better. And it’s so easy to get to an airport with big luggages because the elevator to metro is just a step away from the hotel

This hotel's location is excellent. Situated in Pengfeng Village, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. The scenic area's ticket office is just a few minutes' walk away, so you don't need to rush in the morning, making park entry super easy. Right opposite the hotel is a street full of food, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. After a full day exploring the scenic area, we came back to the hotel and enjoyed some snacks and a ******* dance performance across the street, which really helped us unwind after a tiring day. The decor is very elegant and sophisticated, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and spotless. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they proactively offered us a travel guide and kindly reminded us about precautions for high-altitude travel. They even stored our luggage for free. The breakfast selection was rich, with a variety of snacks, hot porridge, and noodles. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou!

Easy to find. You can walk from the east side of East Station through an underground passage directly to the hotel's elevator. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. Very satisfied. As soon as I opened the room door, I noticed the AC was on, and after taking a couple more steps, I could even see Chengdu East Station. However, the facilities are a bit old; I feel the outlets and showerhead could use an upgrade. Excellent value for money, highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for an overnight layover in Chengdu.

When I checked in on September 4, 2026, the special receptionist, Mr. Su, was very attentive and helpful, even carrying my luggage to my room. The stay was fantastic. We stayed in room 1025, which was beautiful, very clean, smoke-free, and had fresh air, so we slept very well. The room was quiet, and although there was heavy traffic outside, the view was expansive, offering beautiful city views The room had a window that could be opened and closed. The air conditioning was in good working order, fully functional, and could be manually switched on and off, so there was no need to worry about the room being too cold or too hot; the temperature was well controlled. The television was in good working order and fully functional. The cleaning staff were also very warm and friendly. The weather here varies every day; it can be hot, warm, cold, or even drizzling. Regarding the laundry room, I used it every day, the washing machine and dryer were both very good and easy to operate. You could choose an 18-minute or 30-minute washing cycle, and the drying cycle could also be controlled with buttons, choosing 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the clothes. I'm very grateful for the newly added electric kettle in the room; it's beautifully designed and very durable—I've never seen anything like it before. The hotel's location is excellent. You can walk directly to ICBC Bank, the International Finance Centre, Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, Metro Line B, etc. It's like a shopping area with many vendors, but I ate many unique foods and fruits that I'd never seen or tasted before. Some fruits were cheaper than in Malaysia, like blueberries. Cash payments are accepted, and every shop and vendor will give change. Google Maps cannot find your hotel, but the GPS location on the Amap app is very accurate. Your hotel link points to the Mercury Hotel, but Google Maps can only show the location of the Mercury Hotel. The Ibis Hotel only has two elevators connecting to the Mercury Hotel's four elevators. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering local, Western, and Asian food, all very fresh. This is my review for you here. I will also write the same positive review on Google and Trip.com.
