Room was big. The breakfast was very rich

The hotel is very close to the train station. The day of check-in was delayed for a long time because of the DB delay. The hotel staff was still waiting at the front desk, which was really good. Although it is a single room, it is larger than all the single beds I have lived in Europe, close to the size of a double bed. The fly in the ointment is that it has been urged when checking out.

Very friendly staff:Inside. Good breakfast but very thin coffee. The main house is accessible with lift. In the room (bathroom) there are very wide ground-depth showers. But the beds are too deep, so seniors hardly come out of bed alone. There is no love for the details. The pulls in the restaurant are fleety and on the lamps are partly spine tissue.

Hotel is very big, very big, very suitable for children, the room is very old, the legendary hotel in East Germany, I have lived with the children or the elderly. It should be good.

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels haben uns sehr gut gefallen.Parkplätze am/vorm Hotel vorhanden Unsere Zimmer waren sauber, groß und hatten direkten Burgblick. Fußweg zur Burg 25 Minuten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Rührei auf Bestellung. Viele Hundeliebende, hat aber nicht gestört. Wir würden gerne wieder buchen.

Hygiene: Still OK. Environment: The train station is next door and the ancient city is opposite. 150€ is a bit expensive. Service: There are two computer front desks, one does not even answer the phone, and the other takes a long time. Long waiting time. There is no daily service. Facilities: I want to give full marks, and I want to give 0 points for service. Let’s lower it by one point. Good facilities wasted.

Quite a nice hotel, looking at the reviews and the location, I spent a night on the road from Prague to Frankfurt, the town is quite big, there are several big shopping malls, mainly sold by local German brands, and the quality is very good. But the surroundings of the hotel are very quiet, the hotel is clean and tidy, the service is good, the meal is very interesting, the restaurant waiter has not met the Chinese, and the conversation is very happy. I won't pass by again in the future, and I might not be able to live anymore, but it is very conceptual and highly recommended.
