3-Star Hotels in Lima Province, Peru

Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

The people at the hotel are super kind, and ready to help. The hotel is not near to the airport (if you are expecting to make a short trip) and the traffic in Lima is impossible. The hotel is ok for one night and the price, the sealing of the windows is not good and you will probably listen everything from outside. The restaurant is ok and again the people is the best part of the hotel

Excellent breakfast, better than a lot of Brunch places. Wonderful mattress, I slept very well. Slightly away from the center of Miraflores. Convinient store 24/7 just downstairs.

Excellent value choice in Miraflores. Close to beach and Larcomar, malecon. Very clean rooms, good a/c, hot water, comfortable bed. Fairly quiet room, no street noise (upper floors). Taxi stand out front, uber easy location. Def recommend and would stay again.

Located in a safe area, it is convenient to eat, drink and take a taxi around. The boss and his wife and all the staff were very warm and thoughtful, helping us to consult and plan the itinerary, thank you very much. The room is spacious and clean, the supplies are complete, and there is a large kettle (satisfying the Chinese habit of drinking hot water). Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, it is delicious, it is made now (because it is made now, there may be a wait when there are many people). You can store your luggage (2 US dollars/day/piece) to play around. We will come back to live. recommend.

Tierra Viva hotel was really nice and comfy. It’s also very well located and lots of things, shopping and restaurants are at a walking distance. Very nice breakfast as well

The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants around. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. You can leave your suitcase for a few days. Shuttle to the airport is within walking distance. I recommend it.

I always stay at Tierra Viva in Lima, but I didn't know there were 3! I mistakenly thought this was Tierra Viva Larco. I always stay in Tierra Viva no matter which city I am in, Peru, because you always know what to expect. Clean, convenient, helpful staff. But this location is not convenient at all! To get to Miraflores, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in taxi. Costs add up going to and forth twice a day!
