This B&B positions itself as a boutique hotel, not just a regular guesthouse. However, because it's so close to the scenic area, it's located in a restricted zone. ⚠️ You MUST use Didi (ride-hailing app) to get directly to the B&B's doorstep. Plus, the hotel offers a 7-seater shuttle service, so transportation is a breeze for families. The hotel has a unique charm and a strong sense of history. The service is exceptional, and the room facilities are brand new. They pay attention to all the details, like providing disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners for a relaxing soak. They even offer slippers and toiletries for children. There's a complimentary late-night congee and afternoon tea every day, and the breakfast sets are incredibly varied and delicious!

The environment here is fantastic, with fresh air and a great location that's convenient for all the attractions, whether you're taking the bus or a Didi. We drove ourselves, and there were plenty of charging stations and parking spots available. The front desk staff were very professional and handled our check-in quickly.

On a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us! Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.

A very unique and memorable stay in Zhangjiajie! We stayed 2 nights in the Morning Glow King Suite Bedroom. The highlight of this homestay is its cave concept. The reception area is huge, impressive, and beautifully designed, creating a real wow factor upon arrival. The property also features a cave restaurant where breakfast is served, and dinner can be arranged with advance booking. There is also a cosy cave lounge for guests to relax. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Location is excellent. The homestay is hidden behind the famous theatre performance venue but only a short walk to the main street, making it convenient while remaining quiet. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a unique accommodation experience in Zhangjiajie. The cave setting alone makes it worth staying here.

This guesthouse boasts absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, serene, and comfortable environment – truly on par with high-end luxury lodges abroad, but without the exorbitant price tag. The restaurant is also fantastic; I ate there for three days straight because the food was so good I didn't want to eat anywhere else. What really sets them apart, though, is their service. It's not the rigid, formal service you find at a five-star hotel; instead, it's incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always putting the guest's needs first. For example, if we ordered too much food, the restaurant would even proactively help us figure out how to save it for our next meal. Every other service detail was just as impressive – any request was met with a helpful response. It was such a comfortable and personalized experience. Getting to the West Gate of the Forest Park from here is also very convenient, as the guesthouse offers pick-up and drop-off services. They also provide incredibly detailed and professional advice based on your itinerary, making it completely stress-free for first-time visitors. I will definitely be back!

We took the kids for a weekend getaway, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery and lawns, offering fresh air, peace, and quiet. The natural scenery is incredibly healing. I particularly want to praise the cleanliness; the bedding was dry with a faint, pleasant scent, so I felt completely at ease letting my child play barefoot. The breakfast spread was extensive, with Chinese pastries, Western desserts, and fresh fruit all available. Staff were constantly wiping and cleaning the dining area, so the tables were always spotless. Housekeeping tidied our room promptly every day, and the park pathways were regularly cleaned. The environment is so clean and comfortable – it's definitely my top choice for a family vacation with kids!

The hotel is very close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. We booked a suite, and they added an extra bed and breakfast for our group of three. Waking up early, you can see the distant mountains. After enjoying a Hunanese meal, the hotel offers complimentary cold drinks and coffee. The butler was also very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.
