5-Star Hotels in Uusimaa, Finland

Facilities: Excellent, has everything you could need. The twin room was unusually spacious, and there were plenty of live TV channels! Cleanliness: Very good, didn't notice anything out of place. Ambiance: Grand and luxurious. Service: Front desk service was okay, and English communication was smooth. The concierge staff were very courteous and polite.

Hotel in a great location, walking distance from the train station. I got a room in a basement with no windows. The room looked quite nice. The only issue the color pillow and color cover for the bed were with stains which ruined the good impression, the carpet also looked like it needed cleaning. The daily tidying of room was too basic, they would only change towels which were on the floor and take out the trash. Not a 5 star hotel cleaning. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

Excellent service from the breakfast restaurant staff and also the reception desk staff. Forgot to get their names. Clean place. Comfortable stay. Very Nice

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, with easy access to airport.Everything we needed was just a short walk away, which made our trip very convenient. The service was impressive, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to help. The facilities were well maintained and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully arranged, offering plenty of space to relax. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Compact and good for a solo traveller. I really appreciated the “midsummer activity list” printout. It was great for tourists to plan out what they can do. There were a few things that were a bit dusty, but otherwise I generally have a positive experience whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel. The room service was a godsend because I felt ill and didn’t have energy to go out, find food or even think about what I wanted to eat. It was delicious as well. Thank you!

Awesome hotel. Location : Very good Room : Very Good - Very Clean - Very Tidy - Very Technologic Elevator : Fast Staff : Very very kind - Very Helpful - Very Smiling Breakfast : Wonderful - Very Delicious Atmosphere : Amazing - It has atmosphere for winter season ( decoration is perfect ). We fully recommend this hotel for your Helsinki Stay. Some rooms have sauna; they are more perfect. From airport you can arrive to citycenter by train and walk from train station to hotel approx 10-12 minutes.

Extremely satisfied!! The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was fantastic. The hotel's architecture is so stylish, and the location is great, very central, right next to an LV store. The hotel provides toiletries (except for toothbrushes and toothpaste). This is my favorite hotel of all the nights I've stayed in Finland; it's great value for money.

Although it is an old hotel, the sanitary conditions are still OK. The only thing that can be complained is that there are hundreds of meters away from the tram station and it takes a while to walk.

The room is very big, even with an extra bed, it is more than enough; the sanitation is also very clean and tidy, the hotel is very attentive to send welcome gifts and cards; it is very close to the train station and major attractions and business districts; the only thing I am not satisfied with is the breakfast, there are too few varieties, the taste is also very ordinary, it does not match the room quality at all
