Room is clean and spacious enough for a one night staycation. Will good if there is handheld showerhead along with the rain shower, as some (like me) might not be used to it. Had good hot water & heater though! Location is super convenient, located above ksl mall, especially good if you want too watch late night movie or sing k. Basically u can do hair + do nails + watch movie + sing k + eat all in one place. Good if you don't wanna waste time driving/grab around.

I had an excellent stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru! The location is convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Facilities like the gym and swimming pool were well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru!

I had an excellent one-night stay at the JB Renaissance Hotel, and it was absolutely memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. What stood out the most was the excellent service — every staff member I interacted with was courteous and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is definitely family-friendly, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Johor Bahru.

Stayed in an executive club room for 2 nights. Location is fantastic: across the road from Komtar and right upstairs from Hai Di Lao and Bangkok Thai Spa. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Air con thermostats could do with some checking though: it's either blowing cold or not blowing at all. Gym is spacious and equipment are new. Swimming pool is always cold. Food at the lobby restaurant was fine. But the food at the club lounge on weekday breakfasts, tea time and evening cocktails was disappointing: limited in variety and completely unsatisfying. Breakfast on weekdays is very bare bones. Even with the drinks during evening cocktails, you're only limited to choosing from 1 cocktail, 1 mocktail, 1 beer, 1 red wine and 1 white wine! And all this is not made clearly known on their website. This brings me to their service which was inconsistent and overall a disappointment. Staff are superficially friendly, they smile and say hi and then are not helpful anymore and I'd need to go look for them to ask for another drink. On the first day in the club lounge, one staff would be willing to help make other drinks not on the menu, but on the second day, another staff would not make a gin and tonic instead of a tequila and tonic because it's not the ”cocktail of the day” - I'm sure the gin is just in the cupboard and it's a small effort to make a customer happy. You cannot check in/out at the club lounge, I was given wrong information twice, they don't allow you to eat outside food in the lounge outside mealtimes (even though their options are so limited), and they were not able to arrange a later checkout even for 30min. The staff really need to be better trained, especially when you compare them to the quality at Doubletree Hilton just down the road. Probably will not come back any time soon.

Everything was great, the room was clean, and all the necessities were provided. The only issue was that we got a room with a damaged door, but it wasn’t a problem as long as it could still be locked. Definitely will come again.

Had a pleasant stay at Grandeur Palm Resort Senai. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist who made the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.A special thanks to Mr. Nesh, the swimming pool in charge, for being extremely helpful and attentive he made our kids pool experience enjoyable and safe.Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, definitely worth the money. Overall, a great value stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Was greatly amazed by the layout of the room. The view from the balcony is magnificent.. room was spacious fully equipped with stove, washing machine, fridge.. bathtub was nicely cleaned up for usage.. very satisfied with the room.. if you are looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax. This should be the hotel for you.

First time staying with Hardrock Desaru. Everything was good from the car valet to check in, friendly staffs and cleanliness of the rooms. Only the foods we ordered for in room dining, all was TOO oily. I think they are overwhelmed with orders that day, as it was heavily raining and waiting time was about 45min to an hour. Breakfast was good too! Plus point : Waterpark entrance within the hotel.

The hotel lobby is quite clean and you can play Lego there. The lift is quite cool — there is a music player and flashing lights so you can dance with the music. The rooms are very clean with a room for the children and a room for the adults. Each floor has a specific room theme and on the 5th floor there is a swimming pool. Our room was pirate-themed. Also, in every type of room,there are a few questions that help you be able to get a Lego present, which is quite nice. Right next to the hotel, there is the theme park, the water park, and the sea life aquarium. We just went to the theme park but it was filled with lots and lots of rides and shows. We were scared of roller coasters so we didn’t ride them but every other ride and show we went to try. Man, it was fun. The swinging boats that spun around and around with people outside trying to splash you. The Ninjago show with all the ninjas fighting other bad ninjas. The lost kingdom adventure for you to fight and kill eerie monsters. The 4D movie with lots of water sprayed at you. The spinning tower that goes higher and higher up. The choo-choo train that spins in loops.Oh there is so much more that is super duper fun that I can’t say. Legoland is the perfect place to take your family for holidays and have a lot of fun!

Our room was incredibly comfortable—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The Westin Desaru Coast Resort exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with great food and even better service, this is the place to be.
