Everything about this hotel is excellent. The room is slightly dated but very well kept, nice view overlooking the city. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Their pyjamas are some of the best I’ve ever worn. They have a guest-exclusive lounge on top floor which offers refreshments throughout the day (with a really nice view).

Excellent all around! We asked for a room with a Riverview and away from the elevator which sometimes could be noisy. They accommodated us. We had a beautiful Riverview up on the 12th floor. The breakfast was excellent, and it was a good area location. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. You can check in by yourself, but it would be better with guidance from the front desk staff. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's located at the North Exit of Hiroshima JR Station, a 5-minute walk after crossing the pedestrian bridge. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: Classic Japanese service, very attentive, and they even helped me sign for a package, which was a huge help.

This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi ride back from Hiroshima Station. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the restaurant with a view was great. The public bath was very comfortable. The washing machines are right next to the public bath. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japan. Overall, it's quite good!

I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. For example, in our case this time, when we told our family in advance that there are people with bad legs, they can install a bed in a Japanese-style room, and change the basic dishes provided to each person's taste. Even if I was lost, I was able to make a flexible response and suggestion immediately, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The hot spring is in the basement, and it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with only a large bathtub １, and it is not so large, and the scenery is not good because it is in the basement. Compared to the hot spring resorts devised at this time, it may feel unsatisfactory, but it is clean and the temperature is around ４０ degrees, so it is ”good old” while taking a long bath. I felt that it was a place to enjoy. It was stated that the quality of the hot water was slightly salty and smooth, and it was pumped and boiled from the source. I was able to take a comfortable bath without being squeezed or dry even by families with weak skin. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. What should be noted here is the wonderfulness of the food. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. Instead of having a sense of failure such as the dishes that were cold at the time of serving inn dishes, we were able to provide a wonderful dish of a more impressive level. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. There is no loss at all in every course, and the abundant ingredients unique to the land are carefully prepared, and all of them are very delicious, and the individual dishes requested by the order are prepared quickly. At the end, he made rice balls for dinner, which were full and could not be eaten, and he was able to provide a supreme time beyond the best. The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.

It's close to Hiroshima station, easy access and walkable. There are many shops and restaurants around, especially the good Hiroshimayaki shops. We ended up with big bellies every single night. The room is small but comfortable and the heater is not centralized so we can adjust to our liking.

After all, it's a high-end IHG hotel, so the facilities are very complete. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. If I travel to Changdao again for business, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Located in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for two days. We arrived an hour early, but were told check-in was after 2:00 PM. We left our bags and went exploring the neighborhood! The location is great, with a huge supermarket nearby where you can buy anything. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions. The room was large, clean, and spacious, with standard welcome amenities provided. On the ground floor, opposite the reception, there are additional sets available with absolutely everything you could wish for (cotton swabs, nail file, sponges, razor, body cream, shower cap, comb, extra toothbrushes, shoe polishing mitt, hair mask, bath salts, etc.). We booked a room with breakfast. There was a wide variety, but it was all geared towards Asian cuisine, so it was quite challenging for us to find suitable dishes. However, these are minor details; you definitely won't go hungry. On the 3rd floor, there's a smoking area, and right there you'll also find a vending machine with drinks, a water cooler, ice, and a microwave, which is very convenient. Special shout-out for the Welcome drink! This is the best feature I've ever encountered in hotels! From 2 PM to 11 PM, there are unlimited hot and cold beverages in the dining area (various juice flavors, Pepsi, soda, tea, coffee, matcha, and especially delicious cocoa). Overall, we were incredibly happy with our choice of such a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it to everyone! The best hotel!
