Everything about this hotel is excellent. The room is slightly dated but very well kept, nice view overlooking the city. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Their pyjamas are some of the best I’ve ever worn. They have a guest-exclusive lounge on top floor which offers refreshments throughout the day (with a really nice view).

The hotel's location is great, very close to Hiroshima Station, and it's quiet at night. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…

This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi ride back from Hiroshima Station. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the restaurant with a view was great. The public bath was very comfortable. The washing machines are right next to the public bath. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japan. Overall, it's quite good!

I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. It is a feeling that the old good old inn built by the sea near the bustling shopping street which is the main street is renovated for the present age, and the whole facility ~ the facilities in the room are unified and beautifully arranged It was a very nice inn where you can feel the old history in 々 while being able to feel it. There are many free services available only for guests. The hotel has a lounge with free drinks to enjoy the scenery in the lobby and the top floor, and there is also a service where you can choose multiple pillows and yukata according to your preference. There are plenty of drinks and sweets in the room, so I didn't have to worry about the expenses of fine beverages. This inn will respond as flexibly and pleasantly as possible to the wishes of the guests. For example, in our case this time, when we told our family in advance that there are people with bad legs, they can install a bed in a Japanese-style room, and change the basic dishes provided to each person's taste. Even if I was lost, I was able to make a flexible response and suggestion immediately, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The hot spring is in the basement, and it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with only a large bathtub １, and it is not so large, and the scenery is not good because it is in the basement. Compared to the hot spring resorts devised at this time, it may feel unsatisfactory, but it is clean and the temperature is around ４０ degrees, so it is ”good old” while taking a long bath. I felt that it was a place to enjoy. It was stated that the quality of the hot water was slightly salty and smooth, and it was pumped and boiled from the source. I was able to take a comfortable bath without being squeezed or dry even by families with weak skin. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. What should be noted here is the wonderfulness of the food. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. Instead of having a sense of failure such as the dishes that were cold at the time of serving inn dishes, we were able to provide a wonderful dish of a more impressive level. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. There is no loss at all in every course, and the abundant ingredients unique to the land are carefully prepared, and all of them are very delicious, and the individual dishes requested by the order are prepared quickly. At the end, he made rice balls for dinner, which were full and could not be eaten, and he was able to provide a supreme time beyond the best. In addition, the breakfast at the dining hall I received the next morning was surprisingly luxurious with a large number of items, but the amount was gradually appropriate and very satisfying. The seasoning is natural, healthy, and exquisite taste adjustment and appropriate temperature, which does not rely on artificial taste operations such as umami seasonings, while protecting the gentle flavor that makes the best use of the goodness of fresh ingredients. The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.

This was my second stay at The Next Hotel. They have two locations in Hiroshima, and I've stayed at both. I definitely prefer this one over the one closer to the city center. The service here is excellent, and the staff are really friendly. They even provide a BALMUDA pour-over kettle, which shows they really put thought into their amenities. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast because I overslept. Overall, it's a really great hotel.

After all, it's a high-end IHG hotel, so the facilities are very complete. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. If I travel to Changdao again for business, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for two days. We arrived an hour early, but were told check-in was after 2:00 PM. We left our bags and went exploring the neighborhood! The location is great, with a huge supermarket nearby where you can buy anything. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions. The room was large, clean, and spacious, with standard welcome amenities provided. On the ground floor, opposite the reception, there are additional sets available with absolutely everything you could wish for (cotton swabs, nail file, sponges, razor, body cream, shower cap, comb, extra toothbrushes, shoe polishing mitt, hair mask, bath salts, etc.). We booked a room with breakfast. There was a wide variety, but it was all geared towards Asian cuisine, so it was quite challenging for us to find suitable dishes. However, these are minor details; you definitely won't go hungry. On the 3rd floor, there's a smoking area, and right there you'll also find a vending machine with drinks, a water cooler, ice, and a microwave, which is very convenient. Special shout-out for the Welcome drink! This is the best feature I've ever encountered in hotels! From 2 PM to 11 PM, there are unlimited hot and cold beverages in the dining area (various juice flavors, Pepsi, soda, tea, coffee, matcha, and especially delicious cocoa). Overall, we were incredibly happy with our choice of such a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it to everyone! The best hotel!
