Be sure to download the Disneyland Paris app; we used it to track lines and plan routes to the rides. The app also tells you about the rides, so we can get a little idea of what to expect. We enjoyed all the rides, but it felt like there were a lot of similarities. We were so tired of the fast, fast rides that we just wanted to enjoy the regular ones.

The hotel was very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of its location, size, cleanliness, and classic interior. First of all, the location was quiet, even though it was close to Avenue Montaigne. Of course, it was clean. The interior was wonderful, and as an interior lover like me, I learned a lot about the use of fabrics. The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter at a department store in Paris before returning home. The staff were all cheerful and kind, and I never had a bad experience. When I was leaving, my bag with my bedding in it broke, so the staff worked hard to reinforce it with duct tape. I'm very grateful! I think that the impression of a trip is determined by the hotel, the food, and the people you meet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service staff is warm and friendly, which makes people feel warm. 3 In addition, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is also very rich 🍽, there are many choices, I am very satisfied with the food! In short, this is a pleasant stay, highly recommended to everyone! 👍

The atmosphere is wonderful, from the lobby to the restaurant and guest rooms. True to its heritage, each and every detail is exquisite, reflecting the charm of a traditional French hotel. From the pool to the gym and sauna, there was nothing I didn't like. The bed was a bit squishy, which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but the bedding was excellent. The location is second to none.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this. However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special. Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Before arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor facing the courtyard, and the hotel kindly arranged exactly what I asked for. I really appreciated their attention to the request. They also surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in the room, including balloons, a bouquet, and a lovely message card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The only small downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was not a major issue. Overall, the hotel made our honeymoon even more memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at this magnificent hotel during New Year's week. The room was wonderful, very personalized and cozy, equipped with every comfort, and had a splendid balcony overlooking Gare du Nord. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and courteous. The hotel's location is exceptional. The metro is practically right outside the entrance, allowing quick access to all strategic points in Paris. The rooms are perfectly soundproofed, and the breakfast is fantastic, rich and varied with all kinds of food, both sweet and savory, including cheeses and fruits. I definitely recommend it. In Paris, it's one of the best hotels overall for value for money. We loved it! Paris is the most beautiful city in the world. Magical. Especially during the Christmas season. This hotel is absolutely fantastic, both in terms of facilities and ambiance. We booked a scenic room, and the window offered a stunning, unobstructed view of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica on Montmartre, with the entire Parisian cityscape stretching out before us. The room was clean and well-equipped. It was a bit cold initially, but after calling the front desk, they promptly turned on the air conditioning. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the station. While the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic, the hotel's security measures are excellent—you need a key card to enter and access the floors, which made us feel very safe. The room was surprisingly spacious, quite large for a European hotel of its class. The front desk service was commendable; they were not only enthusiastic but also allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help. The only downsides were that the heating in the room wasn't quite enough, and the train noise was pretty noticeable at night. I'd recommend it to travelers like us who need to catch an early morning train.

Bercy Paris|3.79km from downtown
Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away. What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms. My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton. Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.

We booked a quadruple room for the whole family.  However, the room given to us was completely not suitable.  The shower was a see-through one with no door and facing the beds.   It was great for a romantic couple but with grown up children, it was totally not acceptable to us.  We complained and not without some argument, they offered 2 connecting rooms.  On the day of checkout, the reception called us and said because they were fully booked, we have to leave at noon sharp and not one minute more!  They even send a staff to our rooms to watch us pack.  We feel that the front desk could be improved.  Having said that, the hotel enjoys a really central location with walking distance to some of the famous tourist spots, and the breakfast is simple but good.  We especially like the fresh juice which you can make yourself at breakfast.

Experience is what I would expect from a 2 star hotel, although the lack of air conditioning really did not help during the sudden heatwave that occured while we were there. The location of this place was its only saving grace. It is definitely one of the more affordable options in this area, with great connectivity to the metro and bus lines. Although, it is situated in a sketchy back alleyway and there is poor sound isolation from the outside. I found it hard to sleep at night and in the morning from people chatter and other noise. If I only stayed for 2 or 3 days in cooler weather, I probably wouldn't mind staying here again, just because of its excellent location. If not, there are many other hotels in this same area that I'm sure would offer a better experience, albeit at a higher price point.
