GGuest UserI stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time Iām in Beijing.

XXiaohuojun_Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped. The Panasonic high-speed hairdryer is better than the Dyson one without a pool. The air conditioner in room 1012 makes a sudden 'dong dong dong' noise after starting; it would be good to investigate the cause.
Hygiene: Very satisfied. I love their body lotion. I left a message, and they sent two extra bottles the next day.
Environment: It's very close to Universal Studios, just a short taxi ride away. There's a mall nearby which is great for browsing, and you can access it directly from the 3rd floor without having to go outside in the sun.
Service: I mentioned it was our honeymoon, so they gave us a room on the 10th floor directly facing Universal Studios, sent us desserts, and the towels in the room were folded into swans. They found my comb while tidying the room and immediately called me. I'm very grateful!
Universal Beijing Resort Shuttle Service: Didn't use it, but there are three time slots available for a free shuttle. You just need to book in advance with the front desk.
Welcome Fruit: Plums, a bit sour, haha.
The pool isn't big, but I had a quick swim, and the view is excellent.
Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider revisiting.

GGuest UserThis was the most satisfying hotel stay I've had in years. It wasn't because it was particularly luxurious or the rooms were huge, but because the service for the price in Beijing was absolutely amazing!
Let me elaborate on a few points:
1. The hotel's location is super convenient, just 100-200 meters from Sanyuanqiao subway station ā a quick left turn out the door and you're there. Getting around was a breeze! We took the subway to places like Universal Studios and the Old Summer Palace, and it only cost 5-6 yuan per person.
I really can't recommend this place enough!
2. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful for visitors to Beijing, allowing early check-in as early as 8 AM. Our flight landed in the middle of the night, so we just dropped off our luggage and went straight to watch the flag-raising ceremony. We got back to the hotel before 7 AM, and the staff, seeing how exhausted we were, let us check in early at 7 AM. After a long night, a hot shower and a wonderful sleep were exactly what we needed!
3. The hotel service was incredibly prompt; any feedback was addressed immediately. My 13-year-old son would simply message the AI robot on his phone if he needed anything, and the robot would deliver it in no time. If the robot couldn't handle it, the staff would respond quickly. Plus, the lobby on the first floor had co-working desks and a pool table. So, every day after sightseeing, my son would come back and play with the robot and spend hours playing pool. Meanwhile, I'd be working on my laptop at one of the co-working desks.
That moment felt particularly serene and lovely!
4. If the timing was right, there was also a late-night snack service at 10 PM. Bottled water was provided endlessly. Staying at this hotel with my child was the most comfortable choice I made for my trip to Beijing.
Every single staff member provided excellent service.
5. Oh, and the hotel also offers laundry and drying services. Every day, I'd have my son take our clothes to the laundry room; all you needed was your room key card to use it. Super convenient!
In short, whether you're visiting Beijing for leisure or business, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! I'm quite a picky person, especially about cleanliness, but I genuinely love this place.

After comparing several accommodations, the overall quality and service here completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy throughout. The lobby is spotless and grand, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail.
The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well.
The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category ā I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Aaag01Great location, free laundry, comfortable fresh room. It was quiet when I was there in July, so I had a good sleep. Stayed there on my way back home, originally intended to stay at a different hotel on Wangfujing (the one I stayed at before), but very glad I booked this hotel instead.
The gym has several treadmills, it is right next to the laundry, so you can use it during the wait.
The staff at the reception was friendly and professional. There's tea and yogurt served at the reception area.
I really enjoyed the hotel overall.
The only minor downsides were: 1) several patches of dust I found on the bed after the cleaning one day,
2) the tea supplied at the tea station was not a standard tea and had rather unusual taste (not bad, but different).

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and considerate throughout our stay.
The hotel also provides free airport pick-up, and the meeting point was very easy to find. Our driver was very friendly and spoke English well, making the transfer smooth and convenient.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserHere I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips.
I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night ā I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names.
This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather.
I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute.
This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine!
