Guest UserI stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.

XuanziBeeOur room was decorated with red walls and black furniture, a really sophisticated color scheme, and the bedding was super comfy. I totally forgot to snap any pics, though! 😂 But it looked exactly like the photos the hotel posted. This place is picturesque everywhere you look, truly perfect for Instagramming, and they even offer qipao rentals for dress-up, though I didn't try it. What really stood out, though, was the service. It was thoughtful, attentive, and the staff's attitude was amazing; everyone was so patient. If you're visiting the Qianmen area, this place is definitely worth staying at. The room rate isn't cheap, but it feels incredibly good value for money. The Xicheng District Civil Affairs Bureau is nearby, and since it was June 1st recently, there were a lot of young couples coming to get married. The Eight Great Hutongs have tons of photo opportunities, so if you're coming with your partner or girlfriends, it's really worth staying here. They have coffee and stories too~

TuzizoutianxiaHere's my detailed review again! Overall: Excellent location, definitely worth staying! Firstly, the location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and even closer if you exit from the basement of Phoenix City Mall. There are plenty of dining options and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring Beijing by subway or traveling to and from Capital Airport. Secondly, the cleanliness is great. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, the room facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom and shower are very clean. Thirdly, the Citigo brand is known for its well-equipped lobby. The ground floor has a restaurant, billiards, TV, and bar service in the evenings, so you can enjoy the nightlife without even leaving the hotel. However, there's a common issue with Huazhu hotels: staff are asked to call and solicit good reviews... If a hotel is good, I'll naturally give an objective review. These calls are actually quite annoying.

The hotel was booked for the leader on a business trip. The environment and location are very good, and the after-sales service is very nice. There was an error in the invoice, and I contacted a lady named Xiaoxi to solve it immediately. It was perfect. I will continue to book Orange Hotel on my next business trip

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's only a 30-minute high-speed rail ride from Beijing South Station, and just a 10-minute walk to Wangfujing. Plus, there's a popular trendy bar right next door downstairs!
The hotel itself is very new, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its design. It strikes a comfortable balance between business and leisure, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
The room was spotless, and they provided two bottles of water and two soft drinks daily. Housekeeping was always prompt.
Most importantly, the service was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Rick KokLove the location and the clean room, the counter staff were wonderful and so helpful and response with speed to our queries ! There were 5 of us so we took 2 rooms. One of the room had an extra bed.
The hotel is like less than 5 mins walk to Jinyu Hutong subway and opposite the mega APM mall. The hotel is really quietly tugged away in the centre of Beijing along the busy street.
Highly recommended to stay here if you wish to come to Beijing to have a quick visit around the famous locations and don’t wish to take too many cabs. Forbidden City, Tiananmen, Tiantan, WangFu Jing are not far away from hotel. Love this hotel and I will be back again for sure.

After comparing several hotels in the same price range, I chose Zǐlóng Gardens. I'd also looked at their usual rates, and it seemed a bit pricier then, but booking it in advance for a holiday trip was definitely a steal.
**Stay:** For the same price, other places offer rooms under 30 square meters, but Zǐlóng Gardens gives you 50 square meters. It's nestled in a hutong, offering a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling city. It's actually the former residence of Prince Taò, who was an advisor to the People's Liberation Army's equestrian administration. We opted for the family room, which even had a small balcony with a view. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, so washing up wasn't cramped at all.
**Food:** The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks (mineral water, Coke, Sprite, beer), and they'd replenish it anytime. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food is incredibly fresh, with different dishes every day. I initially thought breakfast wasn't included, but it turned out to be free! From 11 AM to 11 PM, they offer afternoon tea with chef-prepared dishes like wontons and Zhajiangmian, all completely free of charge. You can even take fruit back to your room. The 'Sìyuè Hétún' restaurant on the first floor also had good prices and flavors; no reservations needed for their fugu or roast duck.
**Getting Around:** It's very close to Nanluoguxiang, the National Art Museum of China, Wangfujing, and Longfu Temple. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, but I mostly used taxis, which made getting around super convenient.
**Service:** The hotel staff's service was impeccable. Finally, although check-out was officially at 12 PM, they were fine with us leaving at 2 PM, and even gave us a farewell gift.
Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. Our 5-day, 4-night trip during Chinese New Year was a fantastic family experience and definitely enhanced our vacation.

uunaaWhile there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly.
Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience:
1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch.
2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food).
3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep!
The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

TubaluThe room was quite spacious, and the price was reasonable. It's super close to the airport, and the shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off was very punctual. Breakfast was decent too. China Southern Airlines' brand is pretty good overall, so I'm giving it a positive review as encouragement.
