Hotels in The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100, Shenzhen

We had a great stay here! On our first day, a very helpful lady assisted us with choosing the most suitable rooms for my parents and me. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the MRT. Cleanliness is 10/10. While the exterior may look a little plain, the inside is newly renovated and modern. Level 3 is specially designed for hotel rooms, and our room was smart-automated—we could control features just by saying 'Xiaodu Xiaodu'. A comfortable and high-tech stay!

The hotel is in a large building complex on the high floors. Check desk was small on the 30th floor, you had to pay for the pool use and the brekkie was a paper bag with a 4 meat buns with soy milk that you bring back to your bedrooms. The rooms was nice and big, clean and comfy beds. The location is good. 5 mins walk to the shopping and food district of Shenzhen. Lots of local shops for drinks n snacks.

Fantastic, better than pictures. Very clean, modern, spacious. Location is great, right on top of Ludancun MRT station. line 9 is not the best line as you need to change get onto line 1, but it’s a short cab ride to anywhere from Luohu area to Futuan. Overall, highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is easy to access. Close to metro station. Newly renovated, modern, neat and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻😁 Laika Hotel is my top choice in Shenzhen.

The hotel is very close to the Luohu border crossing, just a few mins away by taxi or ride-railing car. It has the usual 5-star hotel services and amenities. An extra plus is that it’s part of the Luohu MixC Shopping Mall development, that offers a lot of shops & restaurants, as well as an Ole supermarket.  We paid a bit more for the Club Room. The room is specious & came with the Grand Club benefits, including evening cocktail & food (good enough for dinner) & breakfast.

Very nice experience! I lived in 77th floor,the room is spacious and the view from the window is amazing!! All the staffs are helpful with the beautiful smiles.A cute girl called Helen from the front dest made me impressed,I literally feel like home!Thank you Helen!🥹🫰And the hotel location is also perfect 🤩 It’s just few steps from the kkmall, you can get everything there.Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this hotel. For such an affordable price you’ll get an excellent service (I personally want to thank Mr Nelson, he really cares about the guests of the hotel , also speaks English), a super nice location , basically the city downtown, room with all the amenities , and even a bathtub. The room itself I found to be super cute , designed in a very European/Early American style , that I like a lot . I’ll attach some photos. The hotel has no cigarette smell at all ! This is super rare for China lol. If a downtown Shenzhen area place to rest is needed , book this hotel it’s really worth it.

Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a school near by, so if your room is facing school side, you will be waken before 7.

The location is very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Going in and out from Hong Kong is extremely convenient (just a few minutes' walk from the Luohu port). The service is very good that I store a luggage for free. I will stay in this hotel again. The room furniture is new and is equipped with smart voice-control.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was great—spacious and clean. However, even when we turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, our room was still cleaned. I would appreciate it if they followed the sign. Another downside is that the room did not have a mini refrigerator. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, and there was a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel.
