We enjoyed our stay here so much. From the time of check-in they gave us 2 apples in a christmas bag as it is christmas eve. We had a non-smoking room, but when we get in the room, i can smell a hint of cigarette, called up the front desk. They immediately upgraded us to a new room with a view. Sally sent some fruits by robot which is very sweet. The room is very clean with huge bathroom and very clean. My only complain is the body wash, shampoo dispenser is very hard to press, hopefully they can improve it to sensor dispenser or the press type. Bottled water and soda everyday and can even ask for more bottled water, so we dont need to buy anymore. The location is very convenient, the YANNAN station exit C is just beside the hotel. There are so many restaurants to choose from across the street and beside the hotel. The breakfast has many delicious choices, continental bfast and chinese food. In the afternoon, lobby has popcorn and drinks. They also have tea time with lots of pastries but we didnt try. At night they have porridge also. The hotel has self service laundry with iron on the 28th floor which you can monitor in your room which is very convenienrlt Front destk Sally, Tina and Nacy are very helpful which make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to my famuly and friends.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from Huaqiang Road Station (Exit D). Although there are several mobile phone repair and accessory wholesale shops nearby, as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a stylish hotel with a touch of ancient charm blended with clean, modern facilities. The front desk staff were very friendly and completed the check-in process quickly. The room was quite spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable mattress. The breakfast area was lovely, and the food selection was more than adequate. The hotel also offers self-service washing machines, and you can use the fitness equipment while waiting for your laundry. It's definitely a hotel I'd choose to stay at again.

The nearest subway station is Exit C of Yannan Station on Line 2. It took me about a five-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The roads in Huaqiangbei aren't very wide, but there are a lot of people. The hotel lobby is on the 14th floor, and the environment is quite nice. From the lobby, you get a great view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The front desk staff were very polite and enthusiastic, and quickly helped me check in. When I got to the room, I found it to be quite spacious. This special online deal offered really good value for money.

The service was truly ”subtle and unobtrusive”, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and professional, especially Eva who checked me in. The facilities were top-notch, the smart room control system was very convenient, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The laundry and gym were of high quality, making it an absolute value-for-money choice.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was decent. The bed was comfortable. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, making for a poor shower experience. I hope this can be improved in the future. Also, the hairdryer wasn't a major brand, and its airflow wasn't strong. I kept thinking, isn't Huaqiangbei Electronic Market right next door? Any hairdryer from a random store there would be much better than the one at Atour Hotel. As for breakfast, it looked abundant, but there wasn't much variety. The egg and meat rice noodles had very little meat and only one piece of vegetable, and the taste was just average – not something I'd want to eat again. The hot food section was unremarkable; the stir-fried instant noodles were particularly bad, which was a bit disappointing. There were also very few types of small pastries and cakes, and when they ran out, no one refilled them. After guests finished their meals, no one promptly cleared the plates; we had to ask staff to come and clean up. Perhaps it's because the breakfast area is small and there aren't many seats, and when it's full, you have to sit outside, which I really disliked. Overall, breakfast is only worth trying once; I wouldn't want to eat it a second day. It was quite a letdown! So, I don't recommend staying for two consecutive nights. For anyone planning to stay two days or more, I honestly suggest only booking breakfast for one day. Hotels like Intercity, Hilton, and E-Shang have much more distinctive breakfast options. What a shame! The above is my genuine experience after staying, and I sincerely hope the hotel has room for improvement in the future!

This hotel has a great environment and is close to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The lobby offers complimentary self-service coffee with unlimited refills. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It's excellent value for money and perfect for families. All in all, it's a great place and I highly recommend it.

The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, making the stay very comfortable. The location is unbeatable at a good rate, get upgrade after my first day, just steps away from the Shenzhen electronics market, so you can walk straight into the heart of the market. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen for business or leisure.
