"The small puppet room has a slide for children to play all the time. It is very convenient to eat around. There is a Hai'an parking lot nearby but it takes a short walk. The only drawback is that the temperature of the bath water is unstable. It just happens to be cold and it is a bit hard to wash."

"I rented a hotel with my family a long time ago and always liked it. Now I rented it with my boyfriend. The quality is still perfect and the stay is very comfortable. I chose a room with a bathtub, but the surprising thing is not the bathtub. The design has been very special, but the back balcony that can be seen from the bathroom is so beautiful and comfortable, and the boss is very nice~ The service is also very popular! I hope I can try the boss’s other two restaurants if I have the chance!"

"My stay at Hotel Tainan was just okay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options to start the day.
The room itself was fine, though it felt a bit outdated, particularly the bathroom, which was noticeably old, except for the modern heated toilet. While functional, the overall atmosphere of the hotel didn’t feel particularly pleasant or inviting. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t describe it as a comfortable or memorable place to stay."

"I was wondering if there was a hotel near the station because it was a bit of a walk from there, but I decided on this hotel because I could borrow a bicycle for free. I was able to walk to the tourist spots, and at night I went to the night market a little further away by bicycle. I couldn't register with Uber properly, so the bicycle allowed me to see a wider area. The staff were also kind.
The room was spacious and perfect, but there was mold growing on the inside of the bathroom curtain, and the bathroom smelled like sewage halfway through, which was the only thing that bothered me.
For those taking the Shinkansen to Taipei. It took a while because I didn't do enough research, but I think it's a good idea to leave the hotel about two hours before your departure to give yourself plenty of time."

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Tainan Railway Station. Just to clarify, this is the conventional (TRA) train station, not the High-Speed Rail (HSR) station. If you arrive by HSR, you can catch a local train from Shalun Station to Tainan Station; trains depart every half hour. Rooms are quite spacious, but the sound insulation isn't great – you can easily hear activity from outside the door. Bottled water isn't provided in the rooms; however, each floor has a water dispenser for guests to use.

JJayrnbThe Room is big, the view is awesome. Super convenient as its connected to departmental store which you can get food, shopping, drinks and everything you need. The hotel’s breakfast was really good, tried the steam bath, sauna and slept really well during the night. Worth it👍

GGabrielle TengThe location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

This was their first time booking online, and it was a fantastic experience – getting approximately $300 off was a great bonus. It's truly a perfect spot for seniors looking for a relaxing outing!

AAciaKSPThis is a very good hotel, the location is good. There's bus stop right in front. Their staff is very polite and helpful. Room are clean. I'll definitely come to stay again. Bed is good. Free coffee and ice cream giving review. Free laundry ~ only pay for dryer which very cheap too!

YYingliuThe location is very urban, but it is difficult to find a parking space, but it is very convenient to order delivery because the delivery person can just take the elevator up and get it as soon as the door opens. It is very convenient for those who are too lazy to go out for food after a long day. There is a sofa and a small table. Eating is very convenient, but one major disadvantage is that the pillows are really not good to lie on. I stayed in different rooms for 4 days in the south and fell asleep here.

110 JENGThe room is full of space, feels warm, the mattress is comfortable, the toilet is clean, the only thing is that there is a little smell when I enter it, and then the air conditioner will be gone. Very good value for money, overall recommendation!
