Conrad Hotels & Resorts Stays in Beijing

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Conrad Beijing. Although the hotel's facilities showed obvious signs of renovation, these were easily overlooked in the face of the exceptional service. I'd especially like to thank Vans, YoYo, and Viola. Even though we only stayed for two nights, they still sent us mooncakes, a teddy bear, and desserts. Our child absolutely loved them! I often discuss with family and friends whether a hotel's facilities or service quality is more important. I still maintain that the attitude of the hotel staff significantly elevates a hotel's quality. As an IHG Diamond member, I usually choose IHG properties for both business and family trips, but I will definitely consider Hilton in the future.
