Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts Stays in Beijing

The facilities are old, but honestly, there aren't many new hotels in Beijing. I booked this place for a concert. The room, which cost over 1000, was decent but nothing special. You have to pay for parking during the day, but it's waived at night, which is the first I've heard of it and super weird. Breakfast was so-so; it had everything you'd expect. If you're not here for a concert, there's no need to stay here; an Atour or Hanting would be perfectly sufficient.

My overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying, and I especially want to commend Mika and Alina. They were genuinely friendly and personable, offering meticulous and patient service. Throughout my stay, whether I had questions about check-in procedures or minor personal requests, both of them responded promptly and handled everything with precision and thoughtfulness. Their communication was gentle, and their work was diligent and responsible, paying close attention to every detail without any perfunctory treatment. Thanks to their dedicated service, my entire stay was comfortable and carefree, leaving me with no worries. This pleasant experience wouldn't have been possible without their efforts, and I truly appreciate their professional service.
