GGuest UserIt's incredibly convenient to get to Changbai Mountain from Changchun now. The high-speed rail from Changchun Station to Changbai Mountain West Station only takes two hours and forty minutes.
I was deliberating between the North and West slopes, but then I saw that Lu Yuxiao had visited the West slope, so I immediately decided on that. The guesthouse offers a free pickup service and is only a ten-minute drive from the West Station. You'll drive on a short stretch of dirt road, but as soon as you enter the courtyard, your eyes will light up – the environment is absolutely beautiful.
With the unique corn cobs and firewood stacks in the courtyard, it instantly brought back childhood memories of living in a bungalow. Southern friends visiting would definitely find it particularly interesting.
The small cabins face the lake, offering a really open view. If you come in winter, you should be able to go downstairs and play in the snow directly.
The room facilities are excellent. The hot water comes out super fast, and the hairdryer is a Laifen! I really dislike those old, difficult-to-use hairdryers in guesthouses, so just having a good one is enough for me to give full marks, haha. The toiletries have a subtle pine scent, which smells incredibly refreshing.
There are also two adorable little cats at the guesthouse, soft and cute. The mini-bar is stocked with wild blueberry juice, and breakfast includes corn porridge, both featuring Northeastern specialties. What I loved most were the solid wood tables and cabinets in the room – I couldn't even find similar ones to buy. If I could have a set like that at home, it would definitely look amazing!

HHong JangWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.

回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。
房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。
下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。
而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。
这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。
唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. KKimmyLcChose this hotel for a skiing trip during the Chinese New Year. Apart from the higher prices, everything else was great. The front desk service was excellent. On check-out day, since we were still skiing in the morning, they kindly allowed us to check out at 1 PM after we communicated, giving us time to freshen up. The hotel breakfast was decent, and its location right by the resort's commercial street was perfect. They also offered a lot of complimentary benefits. The resort itself is really fun and interesting. The underfloor heating in the room was fantastic. I heard the room types are similar to those in Switzerland, and the hotel's architectural style also resembles Switzerland. There are shuttle buses within the scenic area, as well as pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station.

Hhann11After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

MM681841****This guesthouse really exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Wanda International Resort, with no detours needed. The decor is cozy with traditional heated 'kang' beds, which I'd never experienced before – so comfortable and warm. The natural light is amazing; you can see the Qinglong ski slope from the ski resort right from your window. The room was decorated so warmly, I immediately felt a great sense of hospitality. This guesthouse has everything you need, with a supermarket and restaurant on-site. The owner even built their own small ski slope, which we all had a blast on! The owner is incredibly nice, responds to messages super fast, and provided clear directions and check-in instructions before our arrival. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed any help. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! I honestly recommend it to everyone.

TTangbutiandexiaowuI was pretty satisfied with the check-in process. Right at the airport exit, you can spot the Wanda Resort shuttle staff, and the bus is conveniently located nearby in the parking lot. Upon arriving at the MoMo Hotel, you need to download a WeChat mini-program to access the resort's perks. The ski passes for the ski benefits can be obtained right at the entrance, no need to go to the ski town (which gets very crowded). Around the ski town, there are many restaurants (where they usually offer free rides back to the hotel with your purchase) and supermarkets (prices are generally double the normal rate). There's an internal shuttle bus that runs every half hour to all the attractions. Dining and entertainment are pretty much confined to the resort itself; outside, it's quite barren, not as developed as the North Slope area.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
