MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shout-out to Penny from Guest Relations. She proactively called me before check-in to carefully ask about my needs, and her demeanor was warm and considerate. After connecting on WeChat, she promptly responded to all my inquiries, from check-in details to various last-minute requests, always arranging everything perfectly. I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. The check-in process upon arrival was smooth and efficient. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and both the soft and hard amenities were excellent. The staff as a whole were highly professional. From the initial communication and assistance during my stay to the seamless overall service, everything was spot-on, making me feel genuinely cared for. It was a completely pleasant and worry-free experience. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again if I'm back in the area. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Chuxin Moshe completely exceeded our expectations. The room was simple, clean, and well-lit, with practical and complete amenities. The shuttle service to and from Disney was a huge convenience. I particularly want to commend the service; after checking out, I realized my child's item was left behind. The hotel promptly notified me and proactively helped package and mail it. Their attention to detail, reliability, and genuine kindness made our family trip very reassuring. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

YYiyiyaoayaoMy child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

MMeihuizzzzThe Peninsula Hotel is simply beyond words. The rooms are incredibly luxurious and opulent everywhere you look. But more importantly, there's an air of 'respect' that you truly have to experience for yourself. For breakfast, I loved the Peninsula classic pancakes, and in the evening, I enjoyed the bar on the 14th floor.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was exceptional. I arrived late at night, and the hotel even arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me directly to the hotel. The entire service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They also provide shuttle service to and from Disneyland, and there's even a late-night snack service when you return to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious too. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel's panoramic Bund view king room specifically for my business trip to Shanghai, and the moment I opened the door, I knew I’d made the right choice. [Coffee] The room is on a high floor, with a floor-to-ceiling window directly facing the Bund. Even during the day, the view was expansive, but it wasn't until night fell that I truly understood what 'stunning' meant. Around 6 PM, as dusk settled, the lights across the river began to flicker on one by one – first the outline of the Oriental Pearl Tower, then the glass facades of Lujiazui's 'three giants', and finally, the entire Huangpu River shoreline illuminated, winding before my eyes like a golden ribbon. I just sat on the window-side sofa, doing nothing but gazing out. Tourist boats glided slowly across the river, trailing streaks of light; in the distance, the Bund's historic buildings, bathed in warm yellow light, unfolded like a slowly revealing painting of old Shanghai. It was a peculiar feeling – to be in the heart of a bustling metropolis, yet, thanks to this window and this room, to have a quiet, private viewing platform all to myself. The room itself was also impressive. The king-size bed faced the window, so I woke up to the morning light on the Bund and could enjoy the night view before drifting off to sleep, making even bedtime feel ceremonial. The bedding was very comfortable, the pillows were just right (neither too soft nor too firm), and the mattress provided perfect support. After a day of walking, lying down completely relaxed me. The bathroom was also noteworthy; the wet and dry areas were well-separated and very clean, and the hot water came quickly with good pressure. The toiletries had a subtle woody scent that wasn't overpowering, leaving a pleasant fragrance after showering. The service was equally excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming during check-in, proactively recommending nearby restaurants and the best viewing times. The room came with welcome fruits and a handwritten card, showing thoughtful attention to detail. When I wanted a cup of hot water in the middle of the night, it was delivered quickly after a phone call, with no hint of impatience. And the location, of course, is unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bund, and getting to Nanjing Road and Yu Garden is very convenient. Honestly, once I checked in, I didn't even want to go out – why jostle with crowds on the Bund when I could enjoy the night view peacefully with a cup of tea right in my room? The only minor regret was that it was a bit cloudy on my check-in day, making the distant skyline a little hazy. But on second thought, the misty river combined with the lights added a certain poetic blur, which was also a unique experience in itself. If I come to Shanghai again, I will definitely choose this room. After all, turning the Huangpu River's night view into your room's 'background wall' – that experience is truly worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai who wants to fully appreciate the Bund's night scenery – trust me, you won't be disappointed.

GGuest UserAfter comparing several luxury hotels on the Bund, I ultimately chose the Waldorf Astoria, and the biggest selling points were Concierges Max and Rookie. They perfectly executed basic services like opening car doors, offering hot towels, and escorting luggage. What truly stood out was their proactive attention to guests' needs. When I wanted to learn about the historical architecture on the Bund, Max meticulously explained the story behind each building. Rookie helped me book a reservation at the rooftop terrace, allowing me to enjoy the full city skyline. All my requests were promptly handled, and they were genuinely helpful without being pushy – their service was just right, never overbearing. The historic building itself has a rich heritage, and the room comfort was top-notch. These two concierges made the entire stay far exceed my expectations. Highly recommended!

MMiniyouI brought my child for a stay, and my little one was quite happy with the hotel. A female staff member on the W floor, who was guiding us, also had a great attitude – very warm and proactive in asking if we needed any help. In the evening, I planned to go to the bar for a drink and enjoy the night view after my child fell asleep. Around 9 PM, feeling a bit cold, I wore the hotel room's bathrobe and room slippers to the bar on the fourth floor for a quick drink, all without leaving the hotel. Upon entering, they first verified my guest status, and a male server led me in. As we were walking, the staff member told me to go back and change my shoes and that bathrobes weren't allowed. I paid a high room rate, used the standard hotel amenities, and was consuming within the hotel, so why should I be dictated on what to wear? There were no dress code notifications at all. They didn't inform me upon entry but waited until I was inside to tell me to leave. If there really is such a rule, the hotel has an obligation to clearly communicate it, perhaps by placing a sign where the slippers are provided. What's more, the male server even mentioned they had replacement slippers (these were plastic, not disposable), which clearly indicates they know guests might come in disposable slippers. Are they just trying to make things difficult for people?

MMio Frantic+ The hotel is very close to Shanghai Railway station. Just 8 minutes of walk. + Very convenient to get to the tourist attractions like the Bund and Nanjing Road pedestrian street. Either with the subway or buss 64. +The bed was comfortable. +They have a laundry room which is good, - Something must have been wrong with the drying machine. The laundry was still very damp despite three hours in the dryer so we had to hang the clothes in the room. - I found the smart toilet uncomfortable. I tried to adjust the water jet, reading the manual using a translator app, but the water jet was still misplaced, too hard and cold. + The tea and the servis in the room was very cute and I enjoyed drinking the tea 😃 - The power chord of the kettle was too short to reach the outlet.🤔 I had to put a cup underneath. - Sometimes I could sense a smell of cigarette smoke or odor of sewer in the room coming back to the room after a day out. It disappeared after turning on the ventilation/AC
