Staff was friendly. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel and 24 hour parking, when paid at the hotel, is £18."

"The location is okay. I took an Uber until there was a bus station nearby. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, so I asked for it. There were no slippers and a shower cap. I was a bit overwhelmed. The space in the house was small. Breakfast is ok"

"Its situated in old city exactly in the middle of everything. Halal food easy to find, walkin distance to halal restaurant.
But this hotel not provide mineral water, or any water bottle. Whenever in ask about the water bottle, they told me that they got only limited numbers of bottle. Had to buy from tesco nearby.
The check in and check out process was smooth, they allow you to keep the back kat the caunter lobby while waiting the room to be readt"

"Breakfast is very good, bread and fruit juice buffet, as well as a pure English breakfast, free order, taste very good! Drinking tea to tea cups is very exquisite, a breakfast out of a holiday feel! A family of three, asked if they would like an extra bed when they arrive at the hotel? We didn't add it, so we gave us the largest double bed room. The room was not as soundproof as the comment said. Very quiet, right next to the suspension bridge. This is also the hotel we were most satisfied with for a month in Bristol!"

"The hotel is a very old building, somewhat like a B&B, with very old facilities. Old elevators and old room facilities. The rooms are larger, the beds are softer, and they are cleaner! Although the window is small, the bathroom is relatively large with a separate bathtub, shampoo and shower gel! There is a bar downstairs in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Please note that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor. You can hear all the activities in the next room clearly. The noise in the bar at night is also very bad. Affect rest"

"Located right on Cabot Circus, it's quite convenient geographically. Our room was on the first floor, and the window faced the exhaust of the restaurant downstairs, which caused a constant odor and noise. The hotel's floorboards were also very thin, and we could feel the floor vibrate whenever someone walked around or sat on the bed. The dishwasher was old, and the wheels on the basket kept falling off, and it didn't wash clean. Everything else was fine. Also, the shops at Cabot Circus closed at 6 p.m., leaving only the homeless to wander around. I recommend booking a room at City Center or Clifton."

The breakfast was a true highlight – genuinely the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The quality and variety were outstanding, making for a perfect start to each day.

SShaluthaStayed in a room for three people, room is a bit tight but can’t complain for the price you pay. Breakfast buffet is really good and lovely service. Receptionist was so helpful when storing our luggage when checking in and checking out.
There is a small supermarket right near the hotel ( 2 min walk) where you can buy most of necessities. Train Station is just 10 min walk away. You can get to Bristol city centre in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need.
The breakfast was a highlight of my stay — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and biscuits in the room. GGuest UserThe hotel seems recently renovated, with a modern design. The room was quiet, and the location is very convenient, right next to the train station.
However, when I asked the reception for recommendations, they were unable to guide me around the city. I had 6 hours before my train departure and they were not able to suggest any see sights, areas to walk around or a place to have a good lunch.

The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering the age of the fittings and furniture but the floor boards were loose and a sloping floor meant sleeping with my legs higher than my head. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well cooked but the helpings were very small. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller sausage! All in all expensive considering what’s on offer.

GGuest UserIt was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.
