We checked in for 5 nights, the reception is 24hrs open and everyone is friendly, however, if you need anything, it is best to ask the morning staffs. Thanks to Cindy and Damian for allowing us to have late check out. The room is spacious with lots of room for the luggages. Thanks to Eliana for keeping our room spotless clean. The breakfast has less warm foods, mostly sweets. Media Luna tastes great! They have sauna available with gym having a nice view.

The most impressive thing is its location, which is super convenient. I can reach the bus station or subway within 5 minutes. Just near the hotel.

The hotel is located in San Telmo neighbourhood, and it is facing the Avenina 9 De Julio. It is about 20 minutes walk to main tourist spots like Florida Street, Lavalle, and Ave Corrientes. The room is spacious and has a comfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some tips where to exchange our currency and get a sim card. We didn't use the hotel facilityl since we just stayed for 1 night for our transit to El Calafate. The hotel is about a 25-minute drive to AEP airport and 50 minutes to EZE airport.

Do not expect the Front Desk to be helpful. I tried to get Taxi fare settled by charging my room at any service charge added as I do not have local currency. The Front Desk staff do not accept. I do have USD cash and want to exchange to local currency at the Front Desk. The staff asked me to go to local money exchange that is 10 minute walk away. It made me into deep trouble when the staff not helpful. I want to change USD cash to local dollar and they refused. It made the taxi driver very unhappy as well. Also the room has nothing - No complimentary bottle water (charge 600 local dollar per bottle). No hot water kettle. No coffee and tea packs. STAY AWAY from this hotel.

The room is big, the hotel is a bit old, but everything else is good. The front desk service is very good, the English is also great, and they helped me solve many problems. The breakfast is relatively rich. I stayed for three nights.

The hotel environment is really nice, with a large space, a balcony, and a very fresh air. The front desk service was also very good. We arrived early that day and were given an early check-in for free. I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip.

The hotel service is not good. There is nothing to eat in the morning except two slices of bread. I made a reservation and then canceled and rebooked and was charged. It's really not satisfactory. There is a McDonald's next to it, but nothing else.

The room is large, the breakfast is rich, the front desk service is excellent, and the room was given to us in advance when we arrived in the morning.
