"This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are new and very clean, with great attention to detail regarding hygiene. The front desk staff are friendly and have excellent service attitudes; they were patient and helpful with my inquiries, making communication very pleasant. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a reliable choice for a temporary stay. I would consider staying here again if I have the opportunity."

"The bed was fine and the location was good, but I wouldn't stay more than one day! The shared bathroom floor was screaming for a renovation, and the common areas were just as bad. There was even a hole in the bathroom patched up with masking tape!!! Honestly, I think €15 is expensive for the condition of this hostel. The bed was clean, I'll give them that, but there's nothing else worth mentioning."

"For me the hotel is perfect. 10 minutes away from the airport, rooms are clean and functional, Staff is helpfull and the swimmingpool is a nice relief. The airport shuttle service was perfect and on time. The bar and restaurant are relaxing. Supermarkt on a few minutes walk and with Uber you reach in a few minutes a shopping mall, even when you want to visit the center of Madrid its easy to do."

"The hotel is quite new, with excellent facilities, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The room wasn't huge, but as I was traveling solo, it was perfectly adequate. The bathroom had adjustable heating, so it wasn't cold at all in winter. While it's not in the city center, transportation is very convenient; it's about a 30-minute ride by taxi or public transport to the bustling areas. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. The area also has some newer office buildings and residential complexes, so it feels very safe. But all of this isn't even the main point. The main point is that the staff at this hotel are the most professional, friendly, empathetic, and enthusiastic people I've encountered during my month-long trip in Europe. I stayed in Madrid for six days, and every staff member I met at this hotel was incredibly friendly. Especially a gentleman named Miguel, who always had a bright and infectious smile on his face and was always proactive and enthusiastic in helping resolve any issues guests had. I can't remember all the staff members' names, but I'm truly grateful for all the service and assistance they provided during my stay. This will definitely be my top choice if I visit Madrid again."

"The industrial-style decor was as basic as it gets, which was fine since I only needed to sleep for five hours before catching my flight. There was no view from the window, it was completely blocked. It's a convenient ten-minute drive to the airport, and there's also a shuttle bus available."

"The most iconic feature of the Riu Hotel is undoubtedly its 27th-floor 360° sunset view bar🌇. Hotel guests get complimentary access with their room key card, while non-guests need to purchase a ticket. It's 5 euros before 5 PM and 10 euros after 5 PM. You buy tickets at the back of the hotel; just walk around from the main entrance, take the elevator to the 26th floor, then walk up the stairs to the 27th floor, where you'll find the observation deck and bar. The hotel is massive with a large number of rooms, and there's a constant flow of people. To use the elevator, you have to swipe your room card and select your floor. The system automatically assigns an elevator, and you then find the corresponding cabin based on the letter displayed – it feels a bit like working in a large office building. During breakfast rush hour, the crowd is huge, and the dining atmosphere is more like a company cafeteria. Overall, the experience is just average."

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It was super clean, quiet, and the service was excellent. The reception is open 24 hours. The cafe is always open and very cozy. They'll store your luggage for free; our flight was at 11 PM, and they kept our bags all afternoon without charging us a thing. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. There are pharmacies, bars, and supermarkets just a few blocks away. Everything was great! And the room was very nice and clean."

"The reception is unavailable until 9 am, because we arrive really early in the morning, the hotel does not respond via call or message, so we have placed it for three hours for someone to open the hotel door for us. The hotel is clean, there is a hot water kettle in the common room, and the location is convenient. It is really annoying that luggage storage costs €2 for a small locker, which we think is unacceptable because we have already paid a lot for the accommodation and they still don’t provide free luggage storage service."

"Location: The hotel boasts an excellent, central location, right in the heart of the city. The metro is approximately 50 meters away, and a taxi ride from the airport takes about 30-40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and bars downstairs, and many attractions are within walking distance. Facilities: The hotel is quite new, and I didn't encounter any broken facilities during my stay. I really liked the decor, though the room size is quite small. I'd recommend booking a room with a terrace; I was lucky enough to get one with the largest terrace, and it was lovely to sit out there in the mornings and evenings. It would be perfect if the room came with a small kettle. Cleanliness: There were some minor stains on the bed sheets, but I didn't find any other cleanliness issues. Service: The front desk service was quite fast, but there wasn't really any 'service with a smile.' The female staff member who checked me in just took my passport, collected the deposit, and handed over the room card – that's it. The next day, I went down to the front desk with a small issue, and a male staff member (who seemed very professional and explained things clearly, perhaps a manager) helped me resolve it. Overall, if you're only in Madrid for a short trip of one or two nights and your budget is under 1000, I think this hotel is a good choice."

"Location is really good almost the attractions near by. Staff miss aana such nice girl here to help me to put my luggage in locker room for free. The place very clean and comfortable according to budget. At night the noice is so much🥱 Suggest:- if the traveler reached late there is no one to accommodate them.. so if you reaching late then inform in advance and get all the information before you face problem.
