The hotel is located on a good position a lot of food restaurant's and malls the subway is near it's located at the center very convenient

However, I was still a little hesitant after seeing several bad reviews mentioning hygiene issues, so I called the hotel to inquire whether these problems still existed. The hotel's front desk told me that improvements had been made and that they would regularly eliminate the four pests. The housekeeper would check the room before guests checked in and turn on the air conditioner in advance. If hygiene issues still exist after check-in, a full refund would be given free of charge. The hotel's response was very sincere. I booked one night. The whole building needs some improvement, but the location is really good. The room is still very new, with complete facilities, disposable bath towels, disposable slippers, and convenient parking. I rarely comment on it, but I like the hotel's service.

We booked a suite, and the small room was a partition that could fit a bed and a wardrobe. However, the air conditioner was right above the bed, and the unit was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I asked the hotel to fix it, and they said they would just turn off the air conditioner, which was ridiculous. There were cockroaches in the room.
