Check-in at the front desk was incredibly fast and efficient. The young staff member provided outstanding service, and the management was also very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable, and we even received a room upgrade. We'll definitely be back!

It good but sad think is no swimming pool

Overall good international hotel with generally good service, facilities and standard. Rooms are spacious and well kept, standard breakfast offered and the venue appears popular with event organisers. 1 part for visitors/guests to note, would be the hotel’s location that is nice and scenic which is also quite some distance away from downtown and other amenities/shops/eateries. The air conditioner didn't cool down after several hours of use. There were a lot of cockroaches, mosquitoes and bugs. The next day, my skin had a lot of spots. I was speechless.

The service provided by Xiao Wu at the front desk was very good. A cup of hot tea was given upon entering the door and drinking water was given upon checking out. It was very nice.
