This was our first time staying at the Intercity Hotel. Xiao Xiao at the front desk was super welcoming and made our check-in a breeze. The room was really comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, a great mix of Western and Chinese options. All the drinks in the room were free, and the beer had a unique Intercity flavor. Highly recommend!

The hotel facilities are all very new and clean. The front desk staff, including the cleaning aunties, are very friendly. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, the quality is good, and it's served until 11 am, which is very thoughtful. The hotel is a bit far from West Lake, so you'll need to take a taxi; it's not within walking distance. The same goes for going to Lingyin Temple.

Room superb clean and completed with amenities! Very good service of the receptionist 夏夏 as they provided me the suggestion to nearby tourist place and help me to collect parcel on behalf. The cleaner aunty is kind and always provided me the fruits and snack! Always greet me morning! Hahaha like the way they act.

Very impressed with the service. Served by Zhang Na and she has been helpful throughout my trip for a few days here. The hotel is new and the facilities are very new. Good breakfast options. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Overall this is a great hotel for business travel. Nothing fancy but clean. The room was specious. The services are great! The restaurant only serves breakfast (buffet). Hopefully, it would also serve dinner in the future.

Amazing stay. This is probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at in China, also the best service, all smiles and effort to make our stay as good as possible. Very well located in the West Lake district, lots of delicious local restaurants and walking distance, and I don't want to forget mentioning the abundant buffet breakfast, catering to both local and foreign tastes. I will come back on my next visit to Hangzhou!

Overall I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is a bit small, but everything is new and the design is great. Air cond is functioning well, lovely reception, and the breakfast taste good! They also have free self-service laundry, but you can ask the service personnel for help to deliver the clothes to your room when it’s done.

The room was very dirty. We stayed for four nights, and on the third night, a bottle that someone else had left unused was found under the sink for three days. Also, there was a false eyelash in front of the bathroom mirror that had been there for three days. I had to point these things out to the staff before they noticed. We paid over 400 yuan a night, and the cleanliness wasn't even as good as a chain hotel. Sigh…
